Описание

Для многих история Брестской крепости ограничивается Главным монументом. Но есть и другая её часть — тихая, почти заброшенная. Там вы попадёте в места, которые вряд ли отыщете сами. А если и отыщете, то без знания контекста они останутся просто руинами — красивыми, но безмолвными. Я же помогу сложить мозаику истории целиком и создать исчерпывающую картину.

Что вас ожидает

Мы пройдём туда, куда редко доходят путешественники, и осмотрим крепость изнутри, без парадного лоска. Обсудим истории тех, кто встретил войну в самом уязвимом месте — в госпиталях, — и тех, кто пытался их защитить.

Что вы увидите

  • Единственный подвесной мост Бреста. Он заменил довоенный автомобильный мост — стратегический объект, за который шли ожесточённые бои
  • Пороховой погреб 19 века. Мрачное, аутентичное место, где можно ощутить мощь и холод настоящей крепостной стены
  • Панораму с развилки Мухавца. Отсюда открывается неожиданный ракурс: все известные монументы видны как на ладони, но вы смотрите на них из «тыла» истории
  • Кольцевую казарму и Холмские ворота с их южной, непарадной стороны
  • Госпитальный морг и руины Бернардинского монастыря. К началу войны в его стенах размещался военный госпиталь
  • Южные ворота. Самые красивые и самые безлюдные ворота крепости, скрытые вдали от проторённых дорог

  • Как персонал, жертвуя собой, пытался спасти беспомощных пациентов

У меня с собой большой архив фотографий: довоенные снимки мирного гарнизона, немецкая фотохроника штурма. Вы сможете сравнить прошлое и настоящее, стоя на том самом месте, где они сделаны.

Большая часть экскурсии будет проходить по грунтовым дорогам: обязательно нужна удобная обувь.
