Описание

Мы с вами отправимся в морской заповедник у острова Хон-Мун. Над водой здесь — необитаемые острова, а под ней — богатый коралловый риф, в котором бурлит подводная жизнь. Благодаря навыкам фридайвинга, которым я вас обучу по пути, вы сможете безопасно проплывать через подводные пещеры, а я сделаю для вас незабываемые видеокадры.

Что вас ожидает

Я обучу вас навыкам комфортного и безопасного ныряния — чтобы вы стали ближе к природе и насладились красотой подводного мира:

  • с помощью специальных дыхательных упражнений вы научитесь правильно дышать и расслабляться до и после погружения, а также комфортно находиться под водой, задерживая дыхание
  • освоите технику правильных и эффективных движений ластами и правила погружения
  • узнаете, как выровнять давление в полости среднего уха для безопасного и комфортного ныряния

Примерный тайминг

7:15 — встреча у вашего отеля
8:00 — на лодке плывём на первый спот (в пути инструктаж, а также фрукты, чай, кофе, вода)
9:00 — практическая сессия по фридайвингу возле кораллового рифа. Отработка правильного вдоха, выравнивания давления в ушах, расслабление, правильный заныр, техника работы ног
10:15 — выход на лодке ко второму споту
10:30 — второй спот «Мадонна Рок». Снорклинг с элементами фридайвинга на коралловом рифе с возможностью встретить осьминогов и красочных рыб
12:00–12:30 — обед на лодке (на выбор несколько видов риса, 4 вида мяса, овощи, спрингроллы, жареные яйца, арбуз)
14:00 — прибытие в порт

Организационные детали

  • В стоимость входит: трансфер из вашего отеля (в пределах города Нячанг) в порт и обратно на легковом автомобиле Toyota, необходимое снаряжение, аренда лодки, снеки, вода и полноценный ланч на лодке, подводная видеосъёмка, теория фридайвинга и полноценная практика фридайвинга
  • Программа подходит взрослым и детям с 7 лет вне зависимости от навыков плавания, фридайвинга и физической подготовки

Две локации, очень много плавали по времени, я прям выбился из сил))) Но подняться на лодку можно когда угодно. Вежливые грамотные инструкторы. Рекомендую к посещению !

Мы с дочкой 11 лет остались в восторге от экскурсии, от команды профессионалов Артёма и Ксении! Если вы хотите не просто поплюхаться с масочкой в воде, однозначно рекомендую . Артём доступно объяснил вводную часть, пока мы ехали на первую точку, на воде все сразу стало понятно, в итоге вся группа от 11 до 70 лет стали фридайверами на один день). Артём и Ксения очень уважительно и доброжелательно относятся к своим туристам доступно доносят материал.

Рекомендую тем, кто хочет заняться именно снорклингом. Обычно собирают смешанные группы снорклинг и дайвинг, и приоритет обычно у драйверов, а снорклерам в лучшем случае покажут направление, куда плыть и время когда возаращаться) А тут не так, на группу 6 человек у нас были очень обаятельные гид Артем и помощник гида Ксения, с которыми можно было обсудить любые вопросы об истории и технике фридайвинга, получить ответы, они всегда с нами, а главное, что нас научили приемам фридайвинга, и заинтересовали этим видом спорта. По сути, провели тренировку). И еще была подводная съёмка интересных моментов. Всегда здорово, когда гид не просто рассказывает, а любит свое дело, горит им, так как Артем! Очень советую взять эту экскурсию!

Незабываемые впечатления под водой Всё началось рано утром: нас забрали из отеля и доставили к причалу. На южном порту нас встретил Артем. Перед началом снорклинга провел подробный инструктаж. Маски, трубки и ласты выдали на месте — всё чистое и в отличном состоянии. Первая точка для снорклинга поразила с первых секунд: вода была кристально прозрачной, а подводный мир — невероятно богатым. Я увидел: разноцветных рыб самых разных размеров; живописные коралловые рифы; морских звёзд и других обитателей глубин. Плыть было легко и безопасно — инструктор сопровождал группу, следил за всеми и показывал самые интересные места. Вторая точка для снорклинга оказалась не менее впечатляющей — здесь удалось разглядеть небольшую морскую звезду и рыбок Немо. Что особенно понравилось: профессионализм и внимательность инструктора; отличное состояние снаряжения; продуманный маршрут — чередование активного снорклинга; чистота воды и богатство подводного мира; вкусный обед на лодке. Инструктор Артем снимает подводные видео и отправляет всем участникам. Эта экскурсия подарила массу положительных эмоций и позволила по‑настоящему ощутить красоту моря. Однозначно рекомендую всем (особенно для тех, кто не умеет плавать и хочет увидеть подводный мир во всей его красе).
