В этом году мы с детьми отправились в настоящую сказку — в Парижский Диснейленд. Забавно, что я уже была здесь примерно 15 лет назад и тогда не могу сказать, что осталась под большим впечатлением. Эта поездка в очередной раз доказала мне простую вещь: впечатления зависят не только от места, но и от того, как всё организовано. На этот раз мы остановились в отеле Disney's Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel. И это оказалось одним из лучших решений. Во-первых, не нужно вставать ни свет ни заря и добираться до парка через весь город. Во-вторых, гости диснеевских отелей получают доступ в парк на час раньше остальных посетителей. А это значит — самые популярные аттракционы можно успеть посетить практически без очередей. Кроме того, всегда можно вернуться в отель, отдохнуть, пообедать и снова отправиться в парк. Когда проводишь там несколько дней подряд и остаёшься до позднего вечера, такая возможность оказывается бесценной. Но главным открытием для нас стало VIP-сопровождение. Честно говоря, до поездки мне казалось, что это просто способ пройти без очереди. На деле всё оказалось гораздо интереснее. Во-первых, размеры Диснейленда поражают. Это не тот парк, где можно спокойно прогуляться от аттракциона к аттракциону. Здесь расстояния огромные, а десятки тысяч шагов за день вам практически гарантированы. И если просто ходить по парку самостоятельно, легко потерять массу времени на перемещения, поиск нужных зон и попытки разобраться, куда идти дальше. Во-вторых, ты не стоишь каждые десять минут с картой в руках и не решаешь, какой аттракцион выбрать следующим. Не тратишь время на изучение приложения, не пытаешься понять, где сейчас меньше очередь и стоит ли вообще идти через весь парк. Тебя буквально проводят по идеально выстроенному маршруту, который позволяет увидеть максимум возможного с минимальными потерями времени. За день мы успевали посетить от 12 до 15 аттракционов, а на некоторые возвращались по несколько раз. Для сравнения: в обычной очереди ожидание часто составляет час, полтора, а иногда и все два часа. После пяти вечера людей становится чуть меньше, но даже тогда ожидание редко опускается ниже 20–30 минут. Кстати, многие считают, что можно просто купить Fast Track и решить проблему. Но если считать на семью из нескольких человек и на самые популярные аттракционы, итоговая сумма легко оказывается сопоставимой, а иногда и выше стоимости индивидуального сопровождения. При этом Fast Track решает только вопрос очередей (иногда и это не решает, так как очередь и по Fast track может достигать 30-40 минут), но не помогает с логистикой, маршрутом и организацией всего дня. Нам невероятно повезло с сопровождающей Татьяной. Она подробно рассказывала про каждый аттракцион: насколько он экстремальный, укачивает ли, есть ли резкие падения, подходит ли детям, которые боятся высоты или темноты. И что особенно ценно — ни разу не было фраз в стиле: «Да тут даже малыши катаются, чего бояться». Любые сомнения и страхи воспринимались абсолютно серьёзно и уважительно. Наверное, именно поэтому дети в итоге решились практически на все аттракционы, включая самые экстремальные. Отдельный бонус сопровождения, о котором мы даже не думали заранее, — фотографии. Татьяна точно знала, где именно на каждом аттракционе расположены камеры. Поэтому в нужный момент мы старательно делали приличные лица, а не получали потом коллекцию кадров с закрытыми глазами и перекошенными от неожиданности физиономиями. И еще один неочевидный бонус: если я не хотела идти на какой-то аттракцион, то дети ходили с Татьяной. А в один из дней я заболела, и Татьяна пошла нам на встречу и перенесла на следующий день часть времени. Клиентоориентированность - 100%! Что больше всего понравилось детям? Удивительно, но у обоих безоговорочными фаворитами стали аттракционы с пушками. В парке Walt Disney Studios — Spider-Man, а в Disneyland Park — знаменитая пушка в Discoveryland. Видимо, возможность стрелять по мишеням работает безотказно независимо от возраста. Благодаря сопровождению нам удалось без очередей сделать фотографии с любимыми героями, посетить практически все знаковые аттракционы и при этом не чувствовать себя загнанными после целого дня беготни. Да, персональное сопровождение стоит дорого. Но после этой поездки я совершенно иначе смотрю на посещение Диснейленда. Когда ты стоишь в очереди полтора часа ради трёх минут на аттракционе — это не совсем та сказка, за которой сюда едут люди со всего мира. А когда твой день состоит из эмоций, смеха, приключений и десятков ярких впечатлений, когда дети успевают попробовать всё, о чём мечтали, — вот тогда Диснейленд действительно становится тем самым волшебным местом, которое остаётся в памяти на долгие годы.
