Описание

Гуляем по Якиманке — самобытной, старинной, уютной. Поговорим о купцах и предпринимателях 19 века, о традиции есть цитрусы в зимние праздники — а потом перешагнём через век и увидим, как столетние фабрики получают вторую жизнь. Обсудим, как современная архитектура прорастает из русского узорочья, где она черпает вдохновение и кто они — сегодняшние меценаты.

Что вас ожидает

Начнём от Полянки — обсудим, как красота храма Георгия Неокесарийского не поддалась разрушительным идеям 30-х годов.

Окажемся у дома купца Игумнова. Он стремился покорить Москву роскошью, но был сослан в самое гнилое место. Не сдался, сделал один интересный бизнес — и вот мы с вами едим мандарины на Новый год.

Отправимся в Голутвинскую слободу — поговорим, почему она так называлась и где была Бабьегородская плотина, которая работала почти 100 лет.

Пройдём мимо жилых комплексов «Коперник» и «Имперский дом» — примеров капиталистического романтизма — и поговорим о бумажной архитектуре.

А рядом с ними — домик, в котором жили братья Третьяковы, китайское православное подворье с церковью Николая Чудотворца, дом Рябушинских и их текстильная мануфактура.

Завершим путешествие на Патриаршем мосту, с которого открывается картинный вид на старую Москву. Когда-то эта земля была промзоной с фабриками и складами, а сегодня она — колоритный исторический центр.

Район Якиманки был мной уже исхожен вдоль и поперек и, несмотря на это, Наталья открыла новые для меня закоулки и неожиданные локации. Время пролетело незаметно под энергичный, увлекающий рассказ о былых временах и героях. Маршрут продуман так, чтоб оценить и историческую, и современную архитектуру. Спасибо Наталье за чудесную экскурсию!

Большое спасибо Наталье за экскурсию! Я в Москве не первый раз, поэтому хотелось погрузиться в районы чуть дальше самых туристических локаций. Эта экскурсия идеально для этого подходит: с одной стороны, здесь встречаются жемчужины московской архитектуры, такие как храм Георгия Неокесарийского или церковь Иоанна Воина, а с другой, речь идет и, например, о современной жилой застройке. Уверена, что многие туристы поражаются разноплановости Москвы: здесь рядом может находиться ярославское узорочье, петровское барокко, классицизм, модерн, советская типовая застройка, совмод, капром - и еще что-нибудь)) И эта экскурсия подкупает тем, что за два часа она позволяет взглянуть на все это многообразие и прочувствовать его. Благодарю еще раз за интересный теплый вечер, несмотря на морозы в Москве!)

Какие разные истории домов и судьбы людей, их строивших, в них живших, с их взлетами и падениями, радостями и бедами... В тесноте улочек и переулков, где встречаются разные архитектурные стили, чувствуешь как ‎много поколений жило, трудилось, воевало и преодолевало возникающие препятствия, рождало новые идеи и воплощало их в постройках. Что-то так и осталось в проектах, а существующие здания приоткрывают свои тайны и предлагают нам новые загадки. Век творений рук человеческих гораздо дольше чем их творцов, а процесс изучения бесконечен. Прикосновение к неизвестному волшебно! ‎Обычно, когда бежишь по делам, не обращаешь внимания на окружающий город. Как хорошо, что можно иногда замедлиться и, спокойно пройдя по улицам Москвы, наконец обратить внимание на детали, узнать об архитектурных стилях и очень интересных людях, оставивших след в облике города и даже в жизни следующих поколений. Спасибо Наталье за экскурсию! Погуляем с ней ещё не раз!
