Описание

Этот маршрут проходит по одному из самых доступных и живописных хребтов рядом с Алматы. Начнём треккинг в урочище Медео, поднимемся по тенистым тропам Каракунгей между долинами рек Малая Алматинка и Бутаковка и выйдем к горе Слониха. По пути — хвойные леса, горные ручьи, старые яблони и разговоры о природе Заилийского Алатау.

Что вас ожидает

Урочище Медео
Начнём прогулку в знаковом месте для Алматы. Уже здесь откроются виды на плотину и каток Медео, а дальше город постепенно останется внизу.

Хребет Каракунгей
Лёгкий подъём проходит по тропам одного из самых солнечных мест Заилийского Алатау. Мы встретим старые яблоневые сады совхоза «Горный садовод», осинники и еловые леса и понаблюдаем, как меняется природа с набором высоты. Вдоль тропы есть скамейки и указатели на ключевых точках — Каракунгей, Слониха, Серкебай, Кимасар.

Гора Слониха
Финальная точка прогулки расположена на высоте 1825 метров. Отсюда открываются панорамные виды на Алматы и окрестные вершины: пик Абая, Кумбель, Фурмановку, Панораму и зелёную Мохнатку. Здесь будет время для отдыха, фотографий и неспешного созерцания.
