Описание

Едем готовить, общаться и открывать секреты местной кухни. Вас ждут 3 традиционных блюда на букву «ч»: ароматная чихиртма, сырные лепёшки чвиштари и сладкая домашняя чурчхела. Вы проведёте день в душевной атмосфере грузинского дома за бокалом местного вина и застольными разговорами.

Что вас ожидает

В традиционном домике с камином и современной кухней вы под руководством хозяев приготовите:

  • чихиртму — насыщенный куриный суп с пряностями
  • чвиштари — ароматные кукурузные лепёшки с сыром
  • чурчхелу — знаменитый грузинский десерт

А после мастер-класса все соберутся за столом, чтобы попробовать приготовленные блюда и провести вечер в лучших традициях грузинского обеда.

Организационные детали

  • Наш гостевой дом находится в 10 минутах езды от центра Кутаиси. В стоимость входит трансфер туда и обратно
  • Продолжительность программы — около 3 часов: 2 часа готовки и 1 час застолья
  • Каждого участника ждёт полноценная порция приготовленных блюд + 1 бокал вина на взрослого (18+). Рекомендуемый возраст участников — 12+
  • Выпечку вы при желании заберёте с собой
