Описание
Завод «Бавария» — легенда, рождённая в 1877 году. Приглашаю вас в увлекательное путешествие сквозь три эпохи пивоварения — от немецкой «Баварии» 19 века до советской «Жигулёвки» и современного производства. А затем — на дегустацию превосходных сортов пива и кваса.

Во время экскурсии:
- услышите об основателе завода — выходце из Нюрнберга Людвиге Зебальде
- узнаете, как строился завод у родника на Красной Горе и почему вода — главный секрет вкуса
- посмотрите на старинное оборудование, спуститесь в варочный цех, потрогаете солод и хмель
- заглянете в подвалы завода: здесь больше не ведётся активное пивоварение, но полностью сохранились чаны открытого брожения, лагерные танки и инженерные решения 19–20 веков
- увидите, как делается настоящее пиво — без консервантов, только из четырёх ингредиентов: воды, солода, хмеля и дрожжей
- продегустируете высококачественную продукцию, приготовленную по старинным рецептам: 6 сортов пива и 1 сорт кваса
