Проведём вечер с пользой и удовольствием! Вы познакомитесь с гастрономическим символом Восточной Пруссии — пивом: научитесь различать виды по методу варки, визуально определять качество напитка, подбирать закуски к разным сортам. Раскроете секреты другого калининградского специалитета — строганины из пеламиды. И, конечно, всё это попробуете!

Что вас ожидает

Прогулка по бывшему Кёнигсбергу
Проследуем по тихим улицам, сохранившим немецкие названия и дома, и выйдем на главный проспект Калининграда, где бурлит жизнь. Вы узнаете много интересного и необычного о городе:

  • зачем нарушили традицию памятника «быки» и почему только Шиллер не пил после войны
  • где находятся самая ужасная улица и самый эротический памятник
  • где стояли пивные грибы в 2000-х, кто и почему называет город Кёнигом

Мастер-класс по пиву
По пути посетим 2 заведения. Сначала паб, один из самых старых и популярных в городе, где подадут пивную классику и строганину из пеламиды. Затем бар в немецкой заброшке, где объединяются история, мистика и крафтовое. В каждом вы попробуете разные сорта пива и узнаете:

  • чем лагер отличается от эля, что такое пиво ламбик и кто его придумал
  • есть ли польза от употребления пенного и можно ли опьянеть от безалкогольного пива
  • почему в старину напиток варили преимущественно женщины и правда ли, что прусской пивоварней управляла ведьма
  • что такое «пиво в законе» и какие закуски подходят разным сортам

Дегустация строганины из пеламиды
Фирменную калининградскую закуску надо уметь правильно есть! Я подскажу, чем поперчить, что добавить и почему нужно перемешать, чтобы рыбное блюдо доставило гастрономическое удовольствие. Проверено лично!

Андрей провел незабываемую экскурсию по Калининграду! Все началось с дегустации строганины из пеламиды и экскурсий по сортам пива. Мы узнали как рекомендовано есть сроганину, вкус раскрылся и такого в Москве не подают. Узнали какое пиво бывает и как производятся различные сорта, попробовали несколько видов. Особенное понравилось пиво в Суспирии, с необычным вкусом персика и орехов. Прогулялись по Калининграду и узнали его историю. Спасибо Андрею за яркие впечатления и новый гастрономический опыт. Экскурсия интересна тем, что реально узнаешь интересные детали о истории пива, производстве и его нюансах. Особенно было любопытно узнать о методах определения качества пива. Андрей рассказывал простым языком, поэтому почти всё запомнилось. Теперь, когда выбираю пиво, чувствую себя знатоком-гурманом, поэтому пиво кажется ещё вкуснее)) Сама экскурсия не утомительна, пешком чуть больше 1 часа, остальное в барах. Пиво двойной шоколад стаут просто бомба, вкуснее ничего не пробовали! Строганина, как всегда, зачётная, как и экскурсия. Рекомендую!
