Описание
Винные экскурсии в Кахетию всегда были одними из моих любимых. Теперь я сама стала виноделом и помогу вам взглянуть на процесс создания традиционного грузинского вина изнутри. Вы побываете в гостях у профессионалов-органиков, узнаете о тонкостях выращивания винограда и производства самого напитка, а также продегустируете несколько прекрасных сортов.

Органическое виноделие
Вина из органического винограда — визитная карточка грузинского виноделия в Европе. Среди многих сортов выделяется янтарное саперави: густо стекающее по стенкам бокала, оно предлагает погрузиться в себя и остановить мгновенье.
В гости к кахетинским виноделам
Вы познакомитесь с традициями производства вина в гостях у профессионалов своего дела. На первой остановке продегустируете белые сорта органического вина мцване и ркацители, а также попробуете овечий сыр Гуду и чурчхелу.
Второй винодел предложит вам также красные сорта и волшебный домашний обед. Вы не только откроете технику создания легендарного напитка, но и поймёте, как отражается это таинство в менталитете и философии кахетинцев.

Обаяние Нино делает этот день незабываемым! Отличное вино, вкусная еда, но, главное, это общение с приятным, интеллигентным, горячо любящим своё дело человеком. Спасибо за этот день! Из-за таких людей влюбляешься в страну. Непременно ещё приедем в Грузию.

Интересная экскурсия, побывали на винном фестивале, посмотрели и послушали про изготовление и технологии квеври. Были даже в гостях у Нино, накормили вкусной домашней едой и конечно дегустация домашних вин. Отлично провели день.
