Всего 70 км от Уфы — и вы окажетесь среди бескрайних башкирских степей и перенесётесь во времена Золотой Орды. Увидите мавзолей Тура-хана, подниметесь на холм с панорамой и услышите версии о его происхождении. А в современном визит-центре познакомитесь с находками археологов и лучше поймёте культуру кочевников.

Мы едем к мавзолею Тура-хана — загадочному памятнику эпохи Золотой Орды:

За горизонт, в XIV век: наша поездка из Уфы к мавзолею Тура-хана Иногда самое сильное впечатление рождается не в музее под стеклом, а в чистом поле, где ветер свободно гуляет над холмами. Именно такой выдалась наша поездка с двумя друзьями — из Уфы к древнему мавзолею Тура-хана. Дорога сама по себе стала отдельным приключением. Как только город остался позади, нас встретила бескрайняя холмистая степь. Она здесь особенная: волны мягких зеленых холмов уходят за горизонт, и кажется, что время замедляется. А над всем этим великолепием — небо-хамелеон. То вдруг набегут рваные облака, добавив пейзажу драматизма, то снова выглянет солнце, и степь загорается золотисто-зелёными искрами. В такой момент особенно остро понимаешь, почему кочевники веками считали это пространство своим домом. И вот посреди этой бескрайности стоит Мавзолей Тура-хана. XIV век. Представьте: здание всего 6х6 метров, но какая в нем мощь! Сложный портально-купольный стиль, граненый пирамидальный верх, конус не полностью сохранился, но от этого еще ощутимее дыхание старины. Мы поднялись на холм и обошли вокруг, разглядывая кладку из местного камня. В разное время это здание называли и дворцом, и судом, и надгробной палатой. В 70-х годах прошлого века экспедиция из Москвы нашла здесь два разграбленных погребения, а позже отреставрировали разрушенный купол. Стоя у этих стен, понимаешь, что этот мавзолей видел рассвет Монгольской империи — крупнейшего государства Евразии XII–XIV веков. Улус Джучи, Золотой Орды, простиравшийся от Сибири до Кавказа, включала в свой мир множество народов: башкир, болгар, кыпчаков, мордву, черкесов... Наши предки тогда оказались на перекрестке эпох — кто добровольно, кто под давлением, но все они стали частью этого огромного степного мира. Для многих оседлых цивилизаций степь была чем-то пугающим и неизведанным. Но сегодня это пространство свободы. Это наследие скифов, сарматов и гуннов, создателей первых колесниц и эпосов. Камни мавзолея помнят тех, кто жил под этим небом. И это стоит того, чтобы проехать по степи сотню километров.
