Описание

«Bento» в переводе с японского — «порция на одного», а бенто-тортик — это полноценный торт, только маленький, на одного человека. В уютной обстановке нашей дегустационной площадки вы приготовите несложный десерт с местными ягодами. А заодно узнаете о натуральных природных лакомствах и продегустируете полезное варенье и соусы из морошки, черники, брусники и клюквы.

Что вас ожидает

Бенто-тортик своими руками
Каждый из участников будет готовить свой неповторимый десерт. Процесс будет включать подготовку ягод, взбивание крема, соединение всех составляющих, а также украшение тортика по собственному дизайну и упаковка в специальную бенто-коробочку.

Дегустация «Морошковое настроение»
Во второй части программы вы сможете попробовать продукцию из морошки — ягоды-бренда Мурманской области и всего Заполярья. Отведаете варенье, соусы и сироп из морошки. А также узнаете много интересного о северной ягоде, которую за целебные свойства называют не иначе как «северный апельсин» и «арктическая малина», а в 19 веке именовали «очи болотного» и «царской ягодой».

  • Дегустация и мастер-класс включены в стоимость
  • Мастер-класс можно провести и для большего количества участников: доплата за каждого последующего участника составит 1700 руб.
  • Трансфер до предприятия не входит в стоимость экскурсии: вы можете доехать до него самостоятельно на такси за 200-400 руб.
  • Все желающие после дегустации смогут купить понравившуюся продукцию предприятия

Спасибо команде профессионалов за отличное времяпрепровождение! Боялись, что мастер класс будет скучным, но наши сомнения развелись в первую же минуту. Хоть мы и местные, но послушать что то про свой родной край мы были не против, и все таки не зря! А бонусом ко всему этому было то, что тортики, которые мы сделали, оказались безумно вкусными! Еще раз спасибо! Ни сколько не пожалели за потраченные деньги.

Душевно провели вечер. Сделали тортики,пообщались. Марина рассказала много интересного о местных ягодах и о многом другом. Рекомендую!

Было очень мило и приятно Очень интересный рассказ о северных ягодах, прекрасный мастер-класс и замечательная дегустация ягодной продукции! Также очень порадовала экскурсия по зданию и вид из окна. Спасибо организаторам! Остались самые тёплые впечатления:)

Очень понравился данный мастер-класс, гид Марина просто супер! Было интересно и увлекательно ☺️ Дегустация прошла довольно интересно, вкусно 😁 Советую, тортик получился вкусным, много интересного можно узнать на данном мастер-классе
