Описание

За парадным обликом Северного речного вокзала скрывается множество деталей, смыслов и архитектурных загадок. Мы рассмотрим детали, которые легко пропустить, и увидим на декоративных панно объекты, которых в реальности никогда не существовало. А прогулка на теплоходе позволит увидеть жемчужину канала имени Москвы уже с воды — так, как его задумывали создатели.

Что вас ожидает

Начнём экскурсию с прогулки по парку Дружбы и территории Северного речного вокзала: посмотрим фонтаны, скульптуры и детали оформления, которые обычно остаются без внимания.

Затем изучим сам Северный речной вокзал — снаружи и изнутри. Поговорим о его архитектуре, символике и о том, почему это здание стало одним из главных образов Москвы 1930-х годов.

Мы выйдем к набережной и причалам, увидим теплоходы и макет канала, с помощью которого разберёмся, как устроены шлюзы и как работает вся система канала имени Москвы.

А после отправимся в небольшое путешествие по Химкинскому водохранилищу на рейсовом теплоходе. Пройдём до причала Химки и вернемся обратно, продолжая разговор об истории канала, его строительстве и современной жизни.

Во время прогулки увидим мосты через канал, узнаем, какие дороги когда-то связывали две столицы, и почему один из мостов считается самым необычным на этом маршруте.

Экскурсия завершится у причалов Северного речного вокзала.

  • Время начала экскурсии зависит от расписания теплохода. Возможные варианты: 10:30, 12:00, 14:30, 16:00, 17:30 и 19:00
