Описание

ЗИЛАРТ — не просто новый жилой квартал, а своеобразная экспериментальная площадка современной Москвы. В последние годы здесь воплощают новаторские идеи, которые после распространяют по всему городу. Мы пройдём по бывшей территории легендарного завода ЗИЛ и поговорим о том, как история, промышленное наследие, архитектура и искусство соединяются в одном пространстве.

Что вас ожидает

Парк «Тюфелева роща»
Вы увидите перголу из кортеновской стали, которая напоминает заводской конвейер. А неподалёку — Лизин пруд с отсылкой к повести Карамзина. Поговорим о том, что было здесь задолго до появления завода.

Бульвар Весниных
Пройдём по главной прогулочной улице района — бывшей центральной аллее ЗИЛа. Я расскажу об архитекторах, которые построили для завода Дом культуры — один из шедевров конструктивизма.

Музей «ЗИЛАРТ»
Осмотрим необычное здание, полностью облицованное медью. Вы поймёте, за счёт чего один и тот же материал совершенно по-разному выглядит снаружи и внутри.

Станок Erfurt
Рассмотрим десятиметровый немецкий пресс, который в 1970-х годах штамповал кузова грузовиков. Сегодня промышленная машина стала арт-объектом и напоминает о прошлом территории.

Дом с голубями Александра Бродского
На первый взгляд этот дом кажется самым сдержанным во всём районе. Но секрет скрывается наверху: на крыше поселились огромные голуби — символ города, который мы зачастую не замечаем, хотя он всегда рядом.

Дом № 17
Полюбуемся ажурным фасадом, который украшен панелями с изображениями автомобильных деталей: валов, роторов и других механизмов. Издалека этот орнамент неожиданно напоминает белокаменную резьбу владимиро-суздальских храмов.

Набережная Марка Шагала
Здесь есть отдельные дорожки для пешеходов, бегунов и велосипедистов, детские и спортивные площадки, амфитеатр с видом на Москву-реку и собственный причал речного транспорта.
