Описание

Предлагаем вам открыть аутентичные вкусы Севера в гастрономическом путешествии по трём лучшим заведениям Петрозаводска. Вы оцените форель и ягодные настойки в ресторанах «Пётр Шагал» и «Фурындальная», прикоснётесь к истокам карельской выпечки в легендарной «Калиточной». Узнаете, чем питались карелы и какую роль в их жизни играли озёра и лес, ржаная мука и домашняя печь.

Что вас ожидает

Пройдёмся от Онежской набережной до вокзала и по пути посетим три заведения:

В «Фурындальной» устраиваем чаепитие у самовара с карельскими калитками с картофелем и пшеном. Поговорим о Заонежье — самобытной части Карелии, северном доме, местных травах, ягодах и чайных традициях. К калиткам подадут фирменную настойку «Брусника-душица».

В «Калиточной» переходим к традиционной Карелии. Вас ждёт небольшая экскурсия по заведению, морошковая настойка и калитка от шефа на выбор: с олениной, грибами или форелью.

В «Петре Шагале» вы познакомитесь с современными вкусами Петрозаводска. Вас ждут две мини-шавермы, которые перевернут ваше представление об уличной еде: первая — с нежной северной форелью, вторая — с ароматными лесными грибами. Завершим пиршество фирменной настойкой «Топь».

Прекрасная вышла прогулка, в процессе попробовали и традиционные калитки, и современный сет - очень вкусно и необычно, в конце - 2 мини-шаурмы с совершенно неожиданными вкусами. Кроме того, в программе и 3 разных вида чая, и три разные настойки, и приятная беседа с экскурсоводом Вовчиком. Настолько увлекательно, что даже фотографии сделать как-то забылось, прикреплю фото интерьера. Чудесное завершение дня, рекомендую к посещению
