На домашней сыроварне и в винном хозяйстве вы откроете новую сторону древнего кулинарного и винодельческого искусства Грузии. Я познакомлю вас с людьми, которые возрождают тысячелетние традиции, строго соблюдают рецептуру и условия производства — даже электричества вы здесь не найдете! Помимо фантастических дегустаций, вы посетите значимые исторические памятники Кахетии и, конечно, получите удовольствие от величественных пейзажей.

Экосыры: виды и производство
Первым делом вы посетите деревню, где продегустируете уникальные сыры. Их многообразие вас поразит — это сыры, вылежавшие несколько месяцев в специально созданных условиях, козьи, коровьи, овечьи… Список большой! Сыры вы попробуете вместе с горячим дедас пури из тонэ, а затем продегустируете настоящую натуральную чурчхелу и пастилу. Винная дегустация у дедушки Заура под рассказы об истоках и тонкостях виноделия и приготовления национальных блюд в Грузии.

Исторические памятники Кахетии
Далее вы направитесь в древнейшую крепость похищенных невест и сможете загадать желание. Отсюда открываются великолепные панорамы на виноградники. Затем по живописной дороге поедете на родину Мимино — Телави, самое сердце Кахетии, где вас ждет прогулка по мощеным улочкам старого города и старинные кахетинские домики. Также покажу памятник Ираклию II — самому любимому царю каждого грузина и местную достопримечательность — могучее 900-летнее дерево, которое мы попробуем обнять все вместе.

Биодинамическая винодельня — все, как и 8000 лет назад
Сначала вы посетите винный завод, где продегустируете потрясающие вина из квеври и вина, изготовленные европейским способом. А после — отправитесь на винное хозяйство, где фермеры возрождают древние традиции и производят вина, которые пока идут только на экспорт — в Грузии они не продаются! Секреты приготовления уникальных сортов вина строго охраняются и предаются из поколения в поколение. Вы расположитесь прямо в виноградниках с видом на Кавказский хребет, а освещать место будут свечи и костры — так как все строго придерживается древних традиций и там вы не найдете электроэнергии. Вас ждет невообразимо вкусное и натуральное вино, ароматный шашлык с натуральным «долис пури» (особенный грузинский хлеб) и овощами, выращенными собственноручно хозяином. Все, как 8000 лет назад. Ведь наши предки так питались — мясо, жаренное на углях, свежие огурцы и помидоры, хлеб, выпеченный в тоне, и кувшин вина из квеври. И еще милые светлячки, которые помогают освещать это необыкновенное место — все условия, чтобы понять: это рай на Земле!

Прекрасный тур, оставивший только теплые воспоминания! Майя — замечательный гид, которая погружает в атмосферу места, делая экскурсию живой и интересной. Все дегустации были на высшем уровне: вино — отменное, сыр — восхитительный! Особенно запомнилось гостеприимство хозяев на каждой остановке, но частный винодел Гиорги был вне конкуренции — столько душевности и тепла! :) Спасибо за этот чудесный день!

Спасибо огромное за экскурсию! Однозначно рекомендую выбирать только этого гида! Наше путешествие прошло очень весело в хорошей компании с Майей! Узнали очень много интересных фактов про Грузию, Кахетию, увидели очень много красивейших мест, пейзажей. Продегустировали действительно настоящее вино, попробовали много вкусных местных блюд и сладостей. Майя прекрасный гид, который знает и очень любит свое дело! Это была наша вторая встреча с Майей за поездку, поэтому встретились как добрые знакомые и полностью доверили ей себя на день. О чем ни разу потом не пожалели. Ещё при заказе попросили немного изменить экскурсию, добавив в неё достопримечательности, которые можно посмотреть по дороге. Майя пошла навстречу, но пришлось пожертвовать сыроварней, правда сыр все равно оставался в программе, но в другом месте. Увы, с погодой не повезло - в ночь похолодало, выпал снег и засыпал всю Кахетию. Дорога была тяжелой, что тоже внесло коррективы в планы. Тем не менее, была и дегустация заводских вин-чачи-коньяков, и настоящая деревенская чурчхела с чачей, и вкуснейший овечий сыр со свежеиспечённым пури, визит в монастырь Бодбе, прогулка по Сигнахи и телави. А закончился день на винограднике у Георгия - замечательного винодела и интересного человека. Ужин получился практически семейным, с домашней едой, невообразимо вкусным вином, под неторопливую беседу о тонкостях его производства и обязательными тостами. Ещё раз огромное спасибо Майе! Ведь посмотреть достопримечательности Грузии и все про них узнать сегодня можно и в интернете, а вот проникнуться духом этой страны, понять её людей и получить те непередаваемые эмоции, которые ещё надолго остануться с нами, без неё у нас бы не получилось.
