Описание

Шампань — это сочное буйство красок, тихие деревушки и неповторимый вкус игристого, известного на весь мир. Вы познакомитесь с историей провинции, где короновали французских монархов, погрузитесь в быт Шампани и её традиции, а также побываете в знаменитом доме шампанского и попробуете тот самый напиток.

Шампань и Франция
Провинция Шампань играла важную роль в судьбе страны, и дело здесь не только в производстве легендарного напитка. Вы побываете в городе Реймс, где сохранился один из самых старых соборов Франции — Нотр-дам де Реймс. Именно здесь, начиная с V века, проходила церемония коронации галлийских, франкских и французских монархов: первым стал «отец нации» Хлодвиг I. Вас очарует архитектура Реймса, в которой сплелись римские и готические мотивы; его аббатства и монастыри. А в городе Эперне вы совершите прогулку по авеню Шампанского и окажетесь в святая святых — погребах домов «Mercier» или «Moet et Chandon».

На пути из Реймса в Эперне вы заметите бесчисленное количество виноградников и маленьких виноделен, а за всё время экскурсии узнаете главное о технологии производства игристого и его сортах. Шампань поставляет и вина на мировой рынок, и эксклюзивную продукцию только для Франции — вы разберётесь, что стоит попробовать, пока вы в стране. И, конечно, спустившись в погреб, который сложно обойти пешком, продегустируете бокал традиционного шампанского, вкус которого сложно забыть.
