Вы погуляете по историческому центру, увидите знаменитые жилые комплексы и общественные здания в конструктивистском стиле. Поговорим о советском общепите. Вы услышите старые и новые городские истории и продегустируете знаменитые уральские пельмени. А если захотите, то и слепите их!
Что вас ожидает
«Городок чекистов» и «Клуб строителей»
Вы увидите «Городок чекистов» — самый известный конструктивистский жилой комплекс советского Свердловска. Я расскажу, почему в домах не были запланированы кухни и как готовили еду строители нового «идеального общества». А ещё — чем знаменит ресторан «Уральские пельмени» и был ли он по карману студентам.
В «Клубе строителей» рассмотрим сохранившуюся лестницу, полюбуемся панорамным остеклением.
Площадь Парижской Коммуны
Далее вы увидите архитектурный ансамбль площади Парижской Коммуны, услышите, как он формировался и в чём его отличительные особенности.
Советский общепит и конструктивизм
Я покажу «звезду» конструктивистской архитектуры города — гостиницу «Большой Урал». Расскажу об одноимённом ресторане, напомню рецепт знаменитой солянки, которая в нём подавалась, и поясню, что в советских заведениях делали коктейльщицы.
Рыбный день
Следом мы заглянем в помещения бывшей Центральной булочной, фирменного магазина и ресторана «Океан». Вы узнаете, где сохранилась уникальная потолочная роспись в стиле сталинского ампира и почему именно четверг был выбран «рыбным днём».
Калачи и вареники
Чтобы обсудить впечатления после экскурсии, мы можем посетить на выбор два заведения:
— уютное кафе, расположенное в особняке конца девятнадцатого века. Здесь сохранились работающий камин и печи с подлинными старинными изразцами. А еще тут жил один из самых известных архитекторов Екатеринбурга, Константин Трофимович Бабыкин, курировавший строительство здания Оперного театра. Вы сможете не только попробовать блюда из разнообразного меню, но и остаться на мастер-класс и приготовить аппетитные калачи, вареники или пельмени.

Всем, кто хочет совместить познавательное и питательное. Экскурсия даст пищу и уму, и сердцу. Позволит почувствовать дух недалекого прошлого, вспомнить позабытые рецепты и просто вкусно поесть в компании неравнодушных людей.
Бонус: со всеми участниками экскурсии я поделюсь рецептом знаменитой солянки из ресторана «Большой Урал» и сообщу рецепт пельменного фарша из «Уральских пельменей».
Организационные детали
- Рекомендую одеваться по погоде, которая на Урале редко нас балует. Зимой важна многослойность и обувь на толстой подошве.
- По вашему желанию, можно дополнительно организовать мастер-класс по лепке калачей, вареников и пельменей. Мастер-класс по лепке пельменей/калачей — 3000 рублей. Для шестого и последующих участников стоимость — 750 рублей с человека за лепку калачей, пельменей или вареников на выбор. Необходимо заказывать заранее (не менее, чем за 2 дня до экскурсии).
- Если вы хотите после экскурсии продегустировать готовый сет из пельменей, вареников или посикунчиков, пожалуйста, сообщите мне об этом заранее, чтобы я забронировала для вас столик. Стоимость дегустационного сета 1390 рулей. Это не входит в стоимость экскурсии.
Возможно участие в прогулке профессионального фотографа. Общее фото, индивидуальные кадры, портрет, ретушь общего фото и портрета по вашему выбору. 30 минут — 2500 рублей, 15 минут — 2000 рублей.

Хорошая прогулка. Архитектора заслуживает внимания. Гид очень приятная. Легко было общаться. Закончили в ресторане, который рекомендовали и другие гиды города. Кухня отличная! Все понравилось. Светлана обещала рецепт солянки еще сбросить. Жду.😏

Очень приятная прогулка! Светлана — чудесный гид, рассказывает со знанием дела. Маршрут интересный, а дегустация сета пельменей стала вкусным финалом — именно то, что хотелось в конце прогулки!
