Вы познакомитесь с древними событиями и легендами Алазанской долины, узнаете об особо почитаемой грузинами Св. Нино, посетите обворожительный Сигнахи и прикоснетесь к таинству виноделия в погребе, высеченном в скале.

Место захоронения Св. Нино
Бодбийский монастырь — здесь, в соборе Св. Георгия находится могила легендарной проповедницы Нино. На территории обители я расскажу о первых этапах распространения христианства на нашей земле, древних преданиях, связанных с миссионерской деятельностью православной святой, и роли принятия новой религии в истории Грузии.

Необыкновенно живописный Сигнахи
В очаровательном городке на террасах со сплетенными в клубок извилистыми улочками вы познакомитесь с историей его главной достопримечательности — старинной крепости, построенной Ираклием Вторым. Узнаете об особенностях фортификационного сооружения, а поднявшись наверх, откроете впечатляющие пейзажи Кавказских гор и Алазанской долины. Конечно, не обойдем стороной тему так называемого города любви и знаменитого местного ЗАГСа. Я расскажу об строении кувшина «Квеври», о традициях Грузинского застолья, об «Институте тамады». В национальном музее вы сможете исследовать творчество Пиросмани. И, кроме того, я посоветую вам приятное заведение с отличной кухней и бюджетными ценами, где вы сможете пообедать национальными блюдами и попробовать прекрасные вина.

In vino veritas!
Кахетия изобилует виноградными заводами, погребами и частными хозяйствами. Традиции виноделия передаются от отца к сыну уже много тысячелетий. В одном из погребов, вырубленном в скале у подножья Кавказского Хребта, вам и предстоит погрузиться в мир грузинского вина и тонкостей его производства. Местные гиды проведут для вас экскурсию и дегустацию различных сортов, здесь вы также сможете самостоятельно испечь хлеб и сделать чурчхелу, купить заводские вина, коньяк, чачу и масло из косточек винограда. Взамен какого-либо объекта мы можем посетить завод «Корпорация Киндзмараули», где вы услышите о производстве известного вина и попробуете напиток. А перед погребом вас будет ждать еще один фантастический вид на виноградные поля.

Древний Некреси и две столицы Кахетии
Вы посетите город, основанный еще до нашей эры, где в 4 веке был построен высокогорный храм, а позже один из тринадцати Ассирийских отцов обустроил здесь мужской монастырь. Наслаждаясь панорамой долины и сказочной природой, вы послушаете рассказ о жизни православной обители. А затем отправитесь в старую столицу Кахетии, Греми, где прогуляетесь по торговому кварталу, осмотрите царскую резиденцию, комплекс оборонительных сооружений, а также несколько церквей и другие строения. В нынешней кахетинской столице — Телави — вы окажетесь среди пышной зелени платанов и тутовых деревьев. В центральной части я познакомлю вас с крепостью «Батонисцихе» и покажу знаменитый 900-летний платан, возле которого снято несколько кадров «Мимино».

Дополнение к программе: озеро Кварели и монастыри Шуамта
Если нам хватит времени или вместо какого-либо объекта можем посетить красивое озеро Кварели и две старинных обители. В Старой Шуамте, мужском монастыре в Гомборских горах, вы осмотрите руины древней базилики 5 века, купольного храма и церкви 7 века. Здесь я расскажу интересную историю о местном святом источнике. А в Новой Шуамте — женской обители 16 века — вы услышите легенду о царице Тине и сможете посетить место захоронения поэта Александра Чавчавадзе.
