Оказавшись в Тоскане, готовьтесь стать немножечко гурманом и распробовать главные вкусности!

Изыски флорентийского рынка
Знакомство с гастрономией Тосканы начнётся с аппетитных рядов центрального рынка. Я объясню, какие продукты составляют основу местной кухни, чем знамениты флорентийские стейки Chianina и как выбирать колбаску из кабана, прошутто, тосканскую салями и финоккьону. А пока вы будете пробовать эти мясные закуски вместе с овечьими сырами, за бокалом красного вина я расскажу о 5 зонах Тосканы и различиях в их кухне.

Старые рецепты и новшества
Конечно, мы поговорим и о конкретных блюдах. Так, вы узнаете историю супа Caccioco, который появился в тосканской гастрономии благодаря вдове рыбака, и особеннного тунца из Кьянти. Я расскажу о предпочтениях тех, кого в средневековой Италии называли «popolo minuto», а вы сможете выбрать любимое сочетание вкусов флорентийских брускетт: от традиционных с вялеными томатами до изысканных от шеф-поваров.

Средневековый фастфуд и сезонные лакомства
А в квартале Медичи вы найдёте самое необычное: неподалёку от собора Санта-Мария-дель-Фьоре мы заглянем в местечко, где продают средневековые закуски. Елена очень приятный рассказчик, прекрасно разбирается в истории блюд, любит Флоренции и стремиться передать эту любовь😍 Ожидания были чуть другие, что больше будем пробовать сыров, колбас, может быть масло. Что увидим винные окошки. Однако Елене удалось нас убедить попробовать местный стритфуд, на кт мы не планировали даже смотреть😅 Мы остались довольны и благодарны за проведенную экскурсию.
