Были на мастер-классе в ноябре 2025г. Было супер, очень понравилось) Сначала заехали на рынок за продуктами, потом приехали в дом к хозяйке. Познакомились. Были дети, папа хозяйки тоже нас радушно встретил. Посмотрели, как живут местные жители. Нам много рассказывали про местные обычаи, быт, отвечали на все наши вопросы. Приготовили плов в казане на улице и лепешки в тандыре. Очень атмосферно получилось) Хозяйка провела нам еще викторину по историческим событиям города и всего Узбекистана. Проверяла наши знания после экскурсий) Также показала нам свои свадебные наряды и дала померить и сфоткаться. В общем, мы довольны, рекомендую от души!

Описание
Невозможно до конца понять Узбекистан, не познав его яркие вкусы! На экскурсии вы познакомитесь с главным героем национальной кухни — пловом. Мастер-класс по приготовлению этого аппетитного блюда пройдет в традиционном селе под Самаркандом — так вы увидите быт узбеков и проникнетесь настоящим колоритом страны. В гостях у местной семьи вы приготовите плов под руководством хозяина дома, узнаете секреты мастерства, попробуете ароматный хлеб, поужинаете за беседами о местной жизни — и прочувствуете гостеприимство Узбекистана.
Что вас ожидает
Мастер-класс по плову
День начнется с посещения типичного самаркандского рынка, где мы вместе купим мясо, рис и специи для плова. Я расскажу о тонкостях выбора ингредиентов и помогу найти вкусные сувениры. Следом отправимся в пригород Самарканда, в кишлак (дачный поселок) Теракзор, где вас ждет в гости местная семья. Под руководством хозяина дома вы приготовите правильный узбекский плов, участвуя во всех этапах. После «работы», конечно, за стол! Помимо приготовленного плова вас ждут домашние гилминди — национальное лакомство из лаваша и крема.
Взглянуть на настоящий Узбекистан
Мастер-класс не в Самарканде, а в селе позволит вам увидеть быт жителей таким, какой он есть. Только так вы посмотрите, как выпекают хлеб в тандыре, познакомитесь с устройством дома. Ужиная в саду, вы узнаете еще больше о гастрономических традициях узбеков, о чайной церемонии и о жизни одной большой гостеприимной семьи.

Невероятная экскурсия, классические про историю- послушать и что-то запомнить, тут только эмоции- начиная от местного рынка, до всего процесса приготовления и рассказов про быт, историю, традиции. Водитель такой замечательный!! Запомнится на всю жизнь такая поездка- а помнишь, ездили учиться делать настоящий самаркандский плов. Правда, экскурсия того стоит! Очень интересно, по-доброму, уютно, вкусно. Вы вместе режете, разогреваете печь и тандыр, лепешки лепите, плов мешаете. Кайф! От души рекомендую!!

Очень атмосферная экскурсия, с погружением в бытовую атмосферу классического узбекского дома. Приготовление плова от начала (закупка продуктов на рынке) и до конца (нарезка ингредиентов, последовательность приготоаления и всё, всё и все ньюансы). Рекомендую.

Мастер-класс, который пахнет счастьем: плов и лепешки по-семейному Хочу поделиться не просто отзывом, а частичкой того тепла, которое я привезла из Самарканда. Это был не стандартный мастер-класс, а настоящее погружение в узбекскую семью, их быт и гостеприимство. И главным сокровищем этого дня стала наша неутомимая гид и хозяйка — Барчиной. Барчиной — это просто солнце в человеческом облике! Она настолько яркая, открытая и общительная, что уже через пять минут кажется, что знаешь ее сто лет. Она не просто показывала, она вовлекала в процесс с такой легкостью и смехом, что даже если вы на кухне в первый раз, то все получится! А еще мы успели потанцевать народные танцы со всей большой семьей) Весь процесс сопровождался рассказами Барчиной о семейных традициях и конечно, дегустацией! Невозможно забыть вкус плова и лепешки, которые ты только что приготовил своими руками. А в окружении такой душевной семьи — это бесценно. Этот мастер-класс подарил мне гораздо больше, чем просто кулинарный навык. Он подарил ощущение настоящего узбекского гостеприимства, радость живого общения и воспоминания, которые согревают душу. Рекомендую эту экскурсию всем, кто хочет почувствовать подлинный вкус Узбекистана! Отдельное спасибо нашей лучистой Барчиной! Это тот человек, который влюбляет в свою культуру с первой минуты. Обязательно вернусь в гости!
