Если вы уже получили дозу субтропического ультрафиолета, посозерцали искрящиеся волны и насытились кавказской кухней, а маршруты к водопадам, пещерам и каньонам знаете, как свои пять пальцев, пора открывать новые горизонты! Путешествие на родину русского чая, в село Солохаул, подарит неизведанные пейзажи и сказочные снимки. На исторических плантациях и в доме-музее Иуды Кошмана вы узнаете о тонкостях чаеводства, познакомитесь с особенностями разных сортов напитка и традициями его употребления. Собственноручно соберете листочки, создадите свои смеси и придумаете им название. И, конечно, продегустируете ароматный чай с душистым медом, фруктовым вареньем и блинчиками.

Красота многоликой природы
Путь до села Солох-Аул длится около часа от центра Сочи. За это время каждый поворот трассы откроет множество потрясающих панорам — и вы осознаете, что даже ради них стоило отправиться в путешествие! Вас ждет сказочный пейзаж с предгорья величественного Кавказского хребта, невероятный вид с гор на просторную и глубокую долину реки Шахе, заснеженный пик вершины Фишт. А обратная дорога подарит предзакатное небесно-морское, горно-речное и небесно-световое шоу!

Чайная история Сочи
Я отвезу вас на видовую плантацию, где вы понаблюдаете за процессом ручного сбора чайного листа на высоте 500 метров над уровнем моря. Побываете на первой в России живой чайной плантации. Познакомитесь с уникальными свойствами местных реликтовых растений. В доме-музее Иуды Кошмана поговорим о человеке с непростой судьбой, доказавшем всему миру, что в Сочи можно выращивать и производить лучший чай. Вы откроете, почему все многочисленные попытки вырастить чайные растения в России до 1900 года были неудачными. А также исследуете все многообразие чайного, медового и фруктового ассортимента, производимого в хозяйстве «Солох-аульский чай».

Тонкости чаеводства
Вы узнаете, как из нежных листиков, собранных с одного куста, можно изготовить пять сортов чая: чёрный, зеленый, красный, белый и жёлтый. Каково их воздействие на человеческий организм. Как выбирать, проверять на качество, хранить и заваривать разные сорта чая, и какая посуда подходит для этого наилучшим образом. Что стоит подавать к чайному столу и какие кулинарные изделия для этого не подходят. Вы также познакомитесь с понятиями «флеш», «типса», «жемчужный» чай, услышите о том, кто такой титестер и можно ли им стать. Кроме того, я расскажу, чем занимаются чаеводы зимой и почему сборщицы чайного листа живут долго и практически не болеют.

Чайное искусство
На экскурсии вы будете не только исследователями, но и попробуете себя в роли чаеводов. Научитесь собирать чайный лист и даже посоревнуетесь в скорости и качестве сбора. Освоите азы одной из самых редких в мире профессий титестера, составите собственные купажи чая с сушеными травами, сублимированными ягодами и фруктами. Вы научитесь заваривать два вида чая по всем правилам настоящей чайной дегустации. И, конечно, вы сможете оценить вкус и аромат лучших сортов чая с душистым горным мёдом, ароматными вареньями из субтропических фруктов и тоненькими домашними блинчиками.

Монастырь и святой источник
В течение дня вы также посетите нарядный, изящный и необычный мужской монастырь сербско-русского духовного единения и дружбы «Крестовая Пустынь», где узнаете о том, почему он существует по Афонскому уставу. А возле чудодейственного по силе и волшебного по красоте источника Святого великомученика и целителя Пантелеймона я расскажу о преданиях, объясняющих его целебные свойства.

Солох-Аул: история и традиции чаеводства в Сочи - это авторская экскурсия с Ириной. Ирина очень увлеченный и интересный человек, любящий и знающий историю своего края, оставляющий свой след в сохранении чайной культуры и традициях чаеводства в Краснодарском крае. По описанию темы экскурсии я предположила нестандартный подход Ирины в желании рассказать о любви к своему краю и своему делу. И я не ошиблась. Не хочу раскрывать детали, читайте анонс, там все точно описано. От себя добавлю, что на прогулке, так же перед вами предстанут величественные горы со снежными вершинами, временами окутанными облаками; красота национального парка через окна и открытую (стеклянную) крышу автомобиля; свежесть горного воздуха во время небольших прогулок; захватывающие виды ущелий и чайных плантаций; теплота и доброта людей, работающих на благо сохранения чайной культуры в России! Оказалось, что не я одна попала под очарование Ирины и ее тематического путешествия на чайные плантации. Я узнала, что Ирина проводила экскурсии для солистов ансамбля «Песняры», актера театра и кино Максима Аверина. Они все очарованы красотой сочинского края, с теплом и нежностью вспоминают авторские экскурсии Ирины. Для всех кому нравиться знакомиться с интересными людьми и получать информацию у профессионалов, любящих свое дело, рекомендую тематические экскурсии Ирины!

Вернулись с изумительной экскурсии на чайную плантацию в Солохаул. Экскурсия просто космос! Отлично организована, информация подана великолепно, места посетили красивейшие. Много нового узнали об истории Сочи, о развитии курорта и чаеводства в России. О реликтовом лесе и особенностях его восстановления. Увидели плантации самого северного российского чая и обсудили особенности его выращивания. Поговорили о том, как правильно заваривать и когда лучше пить разные виды чая. Все было интересно, полезно и вообще здорово. Спасибо Ирине, профессиональному титестеру.

Экскурсия прошла на одном дыхании! Ирина очень аккуратный водитель, мегаразносторонний человек, эксперт краевед и знаток чая, приятнейший собеседник и компетентный гид! Автомобиль комфортнейшего класса, продуманный маршрут и тайминг, в процессе экскурсии предложила нам дополнительно покататься на зиплайне и учла наши пожелания посетить дополнительные локации. К счастью, у нее есть много разных маршрутов, на которые мы поедем с большим удовольствием!
