Путь из Тбилиси к могучему потухшему вулкану — это захватывающие виды гор, на фоне которых разворачивается полотно грузинской истории. Вы узнаете о затопленных сёлах времён царицы Тамары, увидите, как серебрится гладь Жинвальского водохранилища, и откроете судьбу крепости Ананури. Природные сокровища страны поделятся своей красотой и тайнами. Казбек, словно Кавказский принц, очарует горделивым силуэтом. А я расскажу главное об этих легендарных местах и роли Военно-Грузинской дороги в летописи Тифлиса.

Нетронутая природа
Путешествие подарит лучшие виды гор, среди которых затеряны Жинвальское водохранилище, смотровая площадка «Арка Дружбы народов» и древняя крепость Ананури. Вы узнаете историю старых стен и осмотрите территорию цитадели, а после — полюбуетесь потрясающей панорамой ущелья реки Арагви, перебравшись через Крестовый перевал. Попробуете воду из нарзанного источника, увидите, что такое травертиновая терраса, и сделаете фотографии с лучших ракурсов.

Прошлое Военно-Грузинской дороги
Военно-Грузинская дорога — древний путь, связанный с важными событиями старины. Я расскажу о городах времен царицы Тамары, через которые проходил тракт, о правлении Эристави и персидских нашествиях. Вы побываете в селе Степацминда у подножия Казбека, и на внедорожнике подниметесь к храму Гергети. Там я поделюсь с вами фактами о судьбе церкви, посвященной Святой Троице, и, конечно, легендами о гордом кавказском великане — горе Казбек.

На Казбек экскурсию отменили по погодным условиям,и взамен я съездила в Гори-Мцхету-пещерный город(не помню название). Экскурсовод Георгий (молодец),человечный и добрый, очень интересная подача материала.Многие грузины сами не знают,что у них есть,какие сокровища.
