Во второй половине 19 века в Баку начался нефтяной бум. Новоявленные магнаты начали приглашать в город европейских архитекторов, мечтая превратить его в «Париж Кавказа». Вы узнаете о непростой жизни и трогательных судьбах нефтяных баронов, услышите невероятные истории любви и полюбуетесь роскошной архитектурой. А также посетите дом-музей братьев Нобель.

Великолепный Баку
Вы увидите самые красивые дома азербайджанской столицы: «Дворец счастья» в венецианском стиле, контору братьев Ротшильдов, «Бакинское палаццо», здания мэрии и филармонии. Я раскрою, кто их проектировал, кому они принадлежат и какие интересные события с ними связаны. А еще мы посетим старинный особняк миллионера-нефтепромышленника Гаджи Тагиева. Он запомнится вам грандиозными куполами и богатым убранством, сочетающим восточный и европейский стили.

Вилла Петролеа и Белый город
Мы отправимся в необычный жилой поселок Вилла Петролеа, расположенный в пригороде Баку. Он был построен в конце 19 века братьями Нобель. Вы узнаете, как знаменитая шведская семья связана с Азербайджаном, и заглянете в посвященный ей дом-музей. Кроме того, мы заедем в Белый город — квартал, где на месте устаревших промышленных объектов создается современное, комфортное и экологичное жилье. Я расскажу, как его описывает в одном знаменитом романе Борис Акунин.

Экскурсия с Сабиной случилась со мной словно познавательный ураган. Первым ее достоинством была интересная нестандартная тема. Мне не очень интересны общие обзорные экскурсии, так как не дают погружения. Второе достоинство - сама Сабина. Мы списались заранее, адаптировали наше расписание очень гибко. Сабина - исключительно позитивна и доброжелательна. Заботу я ощущал еще в момент обсуждения деталей в мессенджере. Она знает очень много. Поэтому говорит очень быстро, стараясь все успеть. К этому нужно быть готовым. То есть нужно готовиться, что за 3 часа получишь большое количество знаний. Третье - это попадание в не самые доступные (как я понял места) типа особняка Нобелей. Мне особенно понравилось, что в конце бонусом меня довезли до первой нефтяной вышки. Она стала важным дополнением к рассказу про нефтяных магнатов. Вы до сих пор не знакомы с Сабиной? Это самое большое упущение, если вы уже в Азербайджане. Кладезь знаний, исторических фактов, жизненных историй, наполненных эмоциями, переживаниями и восторгом. Наша экскурсия по Дворцам и особнякам нефтянных магнатов прошла на высочайшем уровне. Комфортабельный автомобиль с кондиционером, приготовленными для гостей салфетками и водой, сразу добавил плюсик в отзыв. Прогулка по парку Нобелей, а затем и индивидуальный экскурсия с погружение в историю богатейшей семьи предпринимателей, заставил нас пережить те непростые времена. Предметы, которые мы увидели, к которым даже прикоснулись, с разрешения Сабины и смотрителей виллы, вызвали восторг и удивление. А затем дворец Тагиева, с его завораживающими комнатами, сказочными потолками и великолепной позолотой... Боже! Мы восхищены!!! Фото, видео, все это не передаёт тех эмоций, которые смогла подарить нам наш профессиональный Гид. Рады, что ещё проведём с Сабиной и её супругом несколько уникальных дней в этой стране.

Ну какая же Сабина нереальная ❤️❤️❤️вот человек на 1000% на своем месте! Мы просто влюбились в нее! Сегодняшняя экскурсия нас так захватила, что в моменте было ощущение, что мы уже сами бакинки😊попасть на виллу Нобеля- даже и не мечтали, но счастливы, что смогли прикоснуться к этой истории и буквально пощупать руками! Огромное спасибо! Уверена, что еще вернемся и не раз! И , конечно, будем дружить с Сабиной и готовы принять ее в Москве💋

Мы остались в восторге от экскурсии с Сабиной. Помимо того, что сами особняки безусловно заслуживают внимания. Мы окунулись в контекст того времени и благодаря ярким и очень личным историям смогли прочувствовать характеры этих людей, их вклад в развитие города, культуры и образования нации. Было очень интересно и вдохновляюще!

Сегодня мы побывали на, без преувеличения, одной из *самой интересной экскурсии в своей жизни*! Баку открылся перед нами с новой, изысканной и очень богатой стороны — мы словно перенеслась в эпоху конца XIX века, прогуливаясь по улицам, где когда-то творили свою историю величайшие нефтепромышленники Азербайджана: особняки- архитектурные жемчужины, судьбы сильных мира того времени — всё ожило благодаря невероятной подаче нашего гида. Сабина — это настоящий клад! Эрудированная, харизматичная, с глубокими знаниями и живой речью, она провела нас по Баку так, что каждая улица как-будто говорила с нами. За 3 часа мы получили не просто информацию, а *удивительное эмоциональное путешествие во времени*. Это не экскурсия — это театр под открытым небом, где Сабина — талантливая главная актриса и режиссёр в одном лице!
