Описание

Городские «страшилки» о призраке в Михайловском замке, Пиковой Даме и ожившем Медном всаднике часто можно услышать в Петербурге. Но городской фольклор, мифы и легенды покажутся детским лепетом в сравнении с настоящими историями на берегах Невы, которые я открою на прогулке. В нашей программе: леденящий кровь двор, лакей, ставший экспонатом, строение из могильных плит и многое другое!

Нестандартные и странные локации
Я покажу один из самых страшных дворов, куда в тёмное время суток боятся заходить по одному даже самые смелые. Зайдёте в мрачную «шахту» внутри восьмиэтажного дома. Увидите место, где появился первый в истории России крематорий, роскошные доходные дома и лабиринты дворов-колодцев. Мы даже поищем болота и кости, на которых построен город.

Зарисовки из жизни ярких персонажей
Вы узнаете, кто был самым богатым человеком при Петре I и почему про него никто не рассказывает. О том, чем закончилась счастливая семейная жизнь «великанов» при царском дворе. Поговорим о жизни в Петербурге три века назад, о том, почему архитекторы, фортификаторы, и ландшафтные дизайнеры тогда старались работать хорошо.

Трагические судьбы и страшные преступления
Кто сам ходил смотреть на смертную казнь, а кого заставляли родители. Услышите о деятельности дореволюционных хулиганских банд и самом большом недостроенном доме в центре Петербурга. Среди прочих тем — ужасный пожар на Петроградской стороне, дом из могильных плит, публичное самоубийство и многое другое… Поговорим о вашей безопасности в Петербурге: куда не стоит забираться, даже если очень хочется, какие места самые опасные и почему.

Дмитрий, большое спасибо за: 1 материал 2 подачу информации 3 организацию экскурсии 4 заинтересованность в вовлеченности экскурсантов (нас было двое - взрослый и мальчик-подросток 12 лет) Интересная во всех отношениях экскурсия, чудесный рассказчик, послевкусие осталось положительное (несмотря на затронутые темы), у ребенка даже спустя неделю периодически возникают вопросы по материалу - это однозначно здорово! Второй раз за 5 лет на данной экскурсии и полностью довольна, что сходила на нее ещё раз! Дмитрий - приятный и интересный гид, с ним комфортно находиться и слушать. Да, сами факты из экскурсии оставляют осадок с печальным налетом, когда заглядываешь за темную сторону культурной столицы, но тем не менее экскурсия впечатляет!
