Описание

Городские «страшилки» о призраке в Михайловском замке, Пиковой Даме и ожившем Медном всаднике часто можно услышать в Петербурге. Но городской фольклор, мифы и легенды покажутся детским лепетом в сравнении с настоящими историями на берегах Невы, которые я открою на прогулке. В нашей программе: леденящий кровь двор, лакей, ставший экспонатом, строение из могильных плит и многое другое!

Нестандартные и странные локации
Я покажу один из самых страшных дворов, куда в тёмное время суток боятся заходить по одному даже самые смелые. Зайдёте в мрачную «шахту» внутри восьмиэтажного дома. Увидите место, где появился первый в истории России крематорий, роскошные доходные дома и лабиринты дворов-колодцев. Мы даже поищем болота и кости, на которых построен город.

Зарисовки из жизни ярких персонажей
Вы узнаете, кто был самым богатым человеком при Петре I и почему про него никто не рассказывает. О том, чем закончилась счастливая семейная жизнь «великанов» при царском дворе. Поговорим о жизни в Петербурге три века назад, о том, почему архитекторы, фортификаторы, и ландшафтные дизайнеры тогда старались работать хорошо.

Трагические судьбы и страшные преступления
Кто сам ходил смотреть на смертную казнь, а кого заставляли родители. Услышите о деятельности дореволюционных хулиганских банд и самом большом недостроенном доме в центре Петербурга. Экскурсия великолепная! Однозначно рекомендую! Я бы не назвала ее страшной. Просто те факты, которые он озвучивает, в моменте не укладываются в голове! Это вообще не про классический подход экскурсовода! Это эксклюзив, для тех, кто готов к неожиданному взгляду на город, на те моменты, о которых не говорят вслух!Послевкусие от экскурсии еще долго не отпускает, хочется этими эмоциями делиться и да, в следующий приезд однозначно обращусь к Дмитрию за новой порцией впечатлений! Огромное спасибо!

На мой взгляд, очень не ординарная экскурсия! У нас не любят говорить о негативных , но правдивых и реалистичных ситуациях в нашем любимом городе! А Дмитрий об этом говорит! Очень интересные факты и из истории и быта . Экскурсия прошла на одном дыхании. 2 часа промелькнулаи! Очень советую эту экскурсию всем коренным питерцам и ленинградцам.
