Эта прогулка погрузит вас в атмосферу изящной Рагузы — самого необычного города Сицилии, совместившего сразу два исторических центра. Вы разберетесь в хитросплетениях рагузской истории, полюбуетесь образцами позднего сицилийского барокко, раскроете городские секреты и попробуете местное «винное мороженое».

Что вас ожидает

Одна Рагуза и два города
Рагуза интересна уже тем, что единственная на Сицилии пережила вековую «войну» Святых Патронов и несколько веков назад разделилась два исторических центра — мы исследуем оба. Вы узнаете, в чем секрет такого устройства города, увидите две главные площади Рагузы, два кафедральных собора, два муниципалитета и даже две железнодорожные станции. А еще полюбуетесь роскошными панорамными видами города, прогуляетесь вверх и вниз по ступенькам извилистых живописных улочек, рассмотрите величественные церкви и сможете попробовать местное «мороженое из вина» в известном рагузском кафе.

О чем расскажут старинные фасады
Я открою вам тайны Рагузы, укрывшиеся за стенами роскошных дворцов местной знати.
Вы узнаете, почему после землетрясения город не стали восстанавливать на старом месте, как аристократы обманули местных жителей в середине 19 века и чем прославилась Рагуза у поклонников средиземноморской кухни. Разберемся в нюансах местной архитектуры: я расскажу, как отличить позднее сицилийское барокко от барокко классического, что такое «асфальтовый камень» и о чем могут рассказать фигурки на шикарных барочных балконах. А после вернемся в день сегодняшний и обсудим, почему Рагуза считается одним из самых благополучных городов на юге Италии (но об этом по секрету и шепотом).

Организационные детали

  • Начинать экскурсию лучше в 9.00 — 9.30 или во второй половине дня 15.00 — 15.30: в обеденное время все церкви закрываются на сиесту.
  • Советую выбирать для прогулки удобную обувь.

В полном восхищении от экскурсии с Еленой. Была полна сомнений из-за названия экскурсии… так как очень далека по роду деятельности от архитектуры и боялась, что будет все слишком специализированно. На вопрос «Оцените соответствие ожиданиям Насколько программа совпала с тем, что было указано в описании?», я ответила «полностью», но это была одна из лучших экскурсий за мой опыт (всего сейчас 11 в разных странах). Информация была и о самом городе , и об острове Сицилия, и о Сиракузах, и о христианстве и церкви - все было вплетено в контекст архитектуры , но и самодостаточно. Елена зарезервировала по нашей просьбе ресторан для нас после экскурсии - еда была по-итальянски божественна.

Елена потрясающий гид и человек! Такое количество исторического материала и прекрасное деление по гигантскому периоду от Эллинов до современного. Благодаря ее советам и рекомендациям за 2 недели мы ознакомились практически со всем островом! Очень рекомендую!

Елена- отличный гид, который знает очень много про историю как города, так и всего острова. Она смогла интересно и понятно рассказать нам о ней так, что время пролетело совсем незаметно. Рагуза открылась совсем с другой стороны, замечательная экскурсия!
