Стамбул, который не ограничивается районом Султанахмет
Эта дружеская прогулка начнется с одного из самых фешенебельных районов города: здесь, в Нишанташи, вы понаблюдаете за жизнью светского Стамбула, пройдете по ухоженным улицам с архитектурой 19 века и бутиками, а я расскажу, как живут богатые и знаменитые стамбульцы. Изучив местный Манхэттен, мы отдохнем в саду у малоизвестного, но прекрасного дворца султана. А следуя вниз к Босфору, погуляем по очень зеленому району и окажемся на набережной Ортакей. Здесь вы полюбуетесь Босфорским мостом с одного из лучших ракурсов, а я расскажу о загадках изящной мечети.
Стамбул на вкус
Рассказы о прошлом и настоящем города я дополню гастрономическими остановками. В роскошном саду вы выпьете вкуснейший кофе по-турецки с десертом, приготовленным по османскому рецепту. Я покажу лучшие места для знакомства с национальной кухней в старинном и престижном районе-рае для гурмана — например, вы попробуете кокореч, шаурму в хлебе. А в финальной части гастро-приключения вас ждет традиционный турецкий суп и, конечно, мидии в чесночном соусе у Босфора.

Мы приехали в Стамбул впервые и как многие туристы были ограничены своим районом и набором туристических достопримечательностей. Ольга показала нам город, в котором живут люди. Где они едят, как передвигаются по городу, как проводят время. Это бесценный опыт, увидеть город в таких разных ракурсах с человеком, который очень любит свой город!

Добрый день. Тур был великолепно организован!!! Маршрут идеальный и очень увлекательный! Ольга очень эрудированный гид, знает все тонкости истории Стамбула, дала нам возможность сравнить более раскрепощенные и религиозные части города. Была внимательна к нашим пожеланиям. Благодаря ей мы узнали об уникальном кофейном напитке Дибек. К тому же она любезно подсказала и даже пошла с нами на рынок чтобы мы его купили! Тур оставил очень приятные впечатления!!!

Экскурсия оставила странные впечатления. Экскурсовод Ольга говорила очень мало, паузы в её рассказах иногда были длиннее, чем само повествование.Во время её молчаливых пауз лично я чувствовала себя некомфортно. Создавалось впечатление, что это мы пригласили незнакомого человека с нами погулять и не в состоянии его развлечь. Про жизнь светского Стамбула, про богатых и знаменитых стамбульцев мы вообще ничего не услышали. А также не услышали об архитектуре 19 века. Просто скучно прогулялись по улице, где много бутиков. И уж никак эта экскурсия не тянет на гастрономическую. Из мест для знакомства с национальной кухней нам показали кафе, где местные жители завтракают в выходные дни. И да, в роскошном саду мы пили действительно вкусный кофе по-турецки, но не с десертом, приготовленным по османскому рецепту, а с сырной лепешкой, но достаточно вкусной. И в конце так называемой дружеской прогулки, нам показали кафе, где местные жители любят есть рыбу. Всё, на этом гастрономическая часть экскурсии завершилась. Где обещанный кокореч, шаурма в хлебе и традиционный турецкий суп? Где хотя бы рассказы о вкусовых пристрастиях стамбульцев? Экскурсия оказалась ни гастрономической, ни познавательной! НИКАКАЯ И НИ О ЧЕМ! СКУЧНО И НЕИНТЕРЕСНО. Очень жаль потраченных впустую денег.
