Вы попробуете восточные закуски — пастуший салат, баклажановые рулеты и аджику по-кавказски в обрамлении вкуснейших соусов. Наше гастрономическое путешествие начнётся с самого знаменитого рынка города. Здесь вы проникнетесь духом восточного базара: его вкусами, ароматами и яркими цветами. Мы прогуляемся по рынку и выберем продукты. При желании, вы купите понравившиеся товары, а я научу вас искусству торга.
Тайны традиционной кухни
После рынка мы отправимся в мой дом. На мастер-классе вас ждут два блюда на выбор: первое (пити по-шекински, чечевичный суп, дюшпере или кюфта-бозбаш) и горячее (гранатовый плов, один из 50-ти видов шашлыка или долма). Я покажу вам, как правильно рассчитывать ингредиенты для этих угощений и какие специи лучше использовать. Вы присоединитесь к готовке, чтобы лучше разобраться во всех тонкостях и деталях кулинарного процесса.
Вкусный обед и история азербайджанской кухни
Завершением мастер-класса станет застолье, на котором вы попробуете всё, что мы приготовили. Кроме того, я угощу вас восточными закусками — салатами, баклажановыми рулетами, свежими овощами, деревенским сыром и пикантными соусами. Я расскажу об истории азербайджанской кухни, о происхождении названий блюд и об особенностях гастрономии в разных регионах страны. Вы поймёте, чем азербайджанская долма отличается от армянской, что такое «шахский плов» и какие виды шашлыка готовят в стране. Мы поговорим о традициях азербайджанцев и обсудим быт жителей столицы.

Невероятный опыт! Мастер-класс Заура и его мамы – это не просто урок кулинарии, а погружение в настоящую азербайджанскую семью. Атмосфера тепла, гостеприимства и любви к своей культуре просто завораживает. Каждое блюдо – это маленькое произведение искусства, приготовленное с душой и любовью. Мы с удовольствием вернемся!

Мастер-класс от Анара и его жены очень понравился. Готовили азербайджанский шах-плов, курицу с ореховой начинкой (забыл как называется) и целую кучу вкуснейших салатов. Потом всё это роскошество с удовольствием поедали. Жалко, что желудок не резиновый :)

Через гастрономию узнается и страна, регион, который помещаешь. А если та сам участвуешь в приготовлении блюд национальной кухни, да еще в гостеприимной семье-это 100 процентное погружение в культуру, быт и традиции! Все это было на мастер-классе с Анаром! Замечательное, тёплое отношение, под чутким руководством Анара мы с его супругой приготовили не заявленные блюда, а больше…. Был накрыт огромный семейный стол, попировали вместе с хозяевами как будто знакомы много лет!!! Данная встреча останется в памяти надолго! Не экскурсия, а маленькая жизнь. Всем рекомендую, это 💣. Кстати уже несколько блюд повторили дома по видео снятого нами на мастер классе 😉

Мы ни на минуту не пожалели, что заказали эту экскурсию! Во-первых, Анар во время поездки сообщил нам множество интересных сведений о стране, т.е. фактически провел легкую обзорную экскурсию. Во-вторых, мы побывали на аутентичном базаре (впечатлений и приобретений масса!), а без сопровождения там непросто, т.к. практически никто не говорит по-русски. В-третьих, мы увидели жизнь азербайджанцев изнутри (мы были приглашены в дом Анара и его супруги). В-четвертых, под руководством хозяев, мы создали блюда, вкус которых никак не сравнится с блюдами ресторанов! Даже учитывая высокое качество общественного питания в Баку. И какой был праздник живота, восторг! Кроме того, воспитанность и хорошие манеры Анара (к сожалению, в Баку встречается иное), подача материала (легко и нескучно), его приветливость и, в конце концов, хороший автомобиль (что немаловажно!) - все это наполнило наш день удовлетворением и радостью. Весьма рекомендуем обращаться к Анару за этой и другими экскурсиями!.
