Тайны сыроварни и винодельни
Вы побываете на сыроварне, где уже три поколения делают овечий сыр Пекорино. Попробуете мягкие и твердые сыры — в том числе вкуснейшую рикотту — и раскроете секреты их производства. А еще услышите, какой именно продукт сыроварни Европейская комиссия отобрала для отправки в космос! Следом, если вы захотите, мы поедем на винодельню, где энолог расскажет вам, как делается хорошее вино на экспорт, для элитных ресторанов и местных гурманов.

Прошутто, салями и «желтое золото»
Вы посетите очаровательный городок, знаменитый мясными деликатесами. Узнаете, почему в него любят приезжать в обеденное время римские политики и, по желанию, отведаете прошутто и салями. В завершение вас ждет дегустация оливкового масла, которое называют здесь «желтым золотом». Вы научитесь отличать настоящее качественное масло холодного отжима, богатое полифенолами и оздоравливающее организм.

Организационные детали

  • Встречаемся на ж/д станции Poggio Mirteto. Из Рима до Poggio Mirteto каждые 30 минут ходит пригородная электричка с вокзала Tiburtina (первый путь). Стоимость билета — 3 евро за человека в одну сторону. Время в пути — 1 час.
  • В стоимость включена дегустация оливкового масла на сыроварне (доступна с октября по декабрь)

Дополнительные расходы (по желанию):

  • Посещение винодельни в сопровождении энолога — 10 евро/чел., в случае приобретения вина на такую же сумму посещение бесплатно
  • Дегустация вина (3 бокала + небольшая закуска) на винодельне — 20 евро/чел. Бронируется заранее.
  • Дегустация мяса — цена зависит от ваших предпочтений

Спасибо огромное Ирине! Замечательная экскурсия, красивые места, вкусная еда и приятное общение. Экскурсия длилась даже дольше, тк заехали в монастырь и за него отдельное спасибо. Очень атмосферное место. Однозначно рекомендуем!

Великолепное путешествие в регион Лацио! Действительно, как будто побывали у хороших друзей в гостях, все очень мило и вкусно 😋, хочется вернуться и остаться с ночёвкой)

Супер экскурсия , очень душевные , заботливые и интересные люди , Ирина и ее муж ! Спасибо большое , можно много узнать про быт, историю и обычную жизнь региона ! И поели ,и попили ,и погуляли целый день ! Погода и природа нас не подвели !

Самая лучшая экскурсия за последнее время ❤️ Благодарю Ирину и Клаудио! Все было очень душевно и по-семейному. Рассказали как добраться до нужного места на поезде, встретили на станции на машине, возили по разным красивым и вкусным местам, рассказывали исторические факты, познакомили меня с разными людьми. Такой прием я точно никогда не забуду! Естественно не смогла уехать с пустыми руками. Обязательно вернусь к вам 😊 Спасибо большое!
