Всеми советуем посетить этот мастер-класс! Я всегда хотела узнать, как производится мороженное и как устроен этот бизнес. Место проведения - милое семейное кафе. Урок проводил замечательный шеф, мы любовались его работой и повторяли за ним. Он щедро делился секретами и интересными особенностями этого бизнеса! Ну и конечно, мы попробовали много новых необычных вкусов! Домашнее мороженое сильно отличается от химического. И его совсем не сложно изготавливать! Спасибо большое Наталье за организацию мастер-класса и прекрасный перевод!

Это был сюрприз для моей 8ми летней дочери и он удался! Ребенок просто счастлив! Попробовать себя в роли джелатье, рекомендую всем ! Наталья очень приятный рассказчик и заботливый человек) Карлос вежливый и гостеприимный хозяин.

Прекрасный и вкусный мастер-класс провела для нас Наталья . Великолепный переводчик и отзывчивый человек ! Благодаря мастеру Карлосу, сделали вкуснейшее джелато с орехами фундук. Получилось очень нежное и вкусное мороженое. Затем нам дали попробовать разные виды мороженого, какие мы только захотели ! И в самом конце неожиданно предложили выбрать себе любое мороженое двух видов и таким образом как это делают продавцы в Риме. То есть сами накладывали себе джелато в рожок или баночку и потом наслаждались нашими любимыми вкусами !
