Вы увидите важные, но при этом малоизвестные места Валенсии: самую старую церковь города, древнюю мавританскую крепостную башню, затерявшуюся между жилых зданий, центр современной культуры в монастыре и даже зайдёте в старое здание университета Валенсии.

Что вас ожидает

Валенсия сквозь века
Гуляя по старейшему району исторического центра, вы отыщете ворота Вальдигны, разделявшие мавританский и христианский кварталы, и услышите, как вышло, что именно в Валенсии появилась первая психиатрическая больница Европы и была напечатана первая книга на Пиренейском полуострове. Найдёте скрытую мавританскую башню 11 века. Кроме того, зайдёте в самую старую действующую церковь Валенсии — Святого Иоанна Крестителя — и рассмотрите древние скульптуры. А также узнаете, как и почему помогали друг другу основавший её орден госпитальеров и еврейская община города.

История христианства в Испании
Вы узнаете, с чего началась история инквизиции в Испании, и услышите историю пострадавшего от нее великого валенсийца Хуана Луиса Вивеса, одного из светил эпохи гуманизма. Я расскажу, где в Валенсии проводились казни, откуда за религиозными празднествами наблюдали власти и служители церкви, а также где находился первый в городе кафедральный собор 6 века.

Первая винодельня в городе и центр современной культуры
В сердце Валенсии находится монастырь ордена кармелитов, основанный в 1281 году. Вы не только узнаете, как менялось на протяжении веков его предназначение, но и посетите центр современной культуры, расположенный сегодня в этих стенах. А также заглянете во двор дома, где находится старейшая винодельня города 13 века.

Тем, кто в городе первый раз, но хочет погулять вдали от популярных троп и увидеть то, что не найдёт сам, и тем, кто уже посмотрел главные достопримечательности Валенсии и хотел бы увидеть её менее известные, но тоже очень интересные места.

Церковь Иоанна Крестителя закрыта c 13:30 до 17:00. Если экскурсия будет проходить в это время, мы посетим церковь Святого Николая. Вход оплачивается дополнительно — €5 с чел.

Возможно под жемчужинами мы понимали более выдающиеся и интересные места ( а они есть в Валенсии)- например визуальное шоу в церкви Николая Чудотворца и наши ожидания не совсем совпали с назанием данной экскурсии.

Было очень приятно гулять с Александрой — словно встретил старого доброго знакомого. Сразу чувствуешь себя комфортно и спокойно. Её знания как экскурсовода не оставляют никаких вопросов: всё рассказано интересно, понятно и с любовью к городу. Несмотря на то, что мы в Валенсии уже не первый раз и это наша третья экскурсия, Александра сумела показать и рассказать то, чего мы ещё не знали. Нам всё очень понравилось, и мы остались по-настоящему довольны!
