Сиена — город Пап и паломников, верующих и еретиков, банкиров и студентов, святых реликвий и захватывающих дух скачек Палио. Любовь граждан к своему городу позволила сохранить средневековый центр, и за свою красоту в 1995 году он был занесён в список объектов ЮНЕСКО. Мы исследуем Сиену, её прекрасные уголки, полные истории. С вас — любовь к прогулкам, с меня — быть проводником, чтобы вы ничего не пропустили.

Сиена. Трудно найти такой небольшой городок, который бы дал столь же много человечеству. За нашу прогулку мы успеем осмотреть:

  • Один из самых старинных госпиталей Европы
  • Средневековые здания банка и университета
  • Прекрасный Кафедральный собор
  • Здания музея контрад (итальянские районы) и музея самых красивых книг бухгалтерского учёта
  • Знаменитый дворец муниципалитета города, где заседало славное Правление Девяти, в период которого и была создана средневековая красота Сиены

Вы узнаете о сиенцах-новаторах во многих сферах деятельности, как, например, в банковской. Я расскажу о системе водоснабжения города — и будет ясно, почему именно в Сиене была введена плата за воду впервые в мире. Вы познакомитесь с произведениями великих мастеров сиенский готики, которые черпали вдохновение из работ византийских иконописцев.

  • Сиена — средневековый город, построенный на холмах. Некоторые улочки сохранили старинное мощение, поэтому советую надеть удобную обувь для прогулки
  • Если вы поедете из Флоренции, можно воспользоваться автобусом (выезд с автовокзала в 200 м от ж/д вокзала) или поездом. Если из Рима, необходима пересадка на поезд до Сиены в Chiusi-Chianciano Terme

Приятная интеллигентная женщина, очень много знает, это видно, но материал был рассказан хаотично, про скачки вспоминали раз 5 за 2 часа и ни разу до конца не рассказали, структуры не было. В соборе Елена пару раз сказала, что «что-то увидеть нельзя сейчас, но Вы посмотрите потом в интернете.». Давно уже у всех гидов айпады/телефоны с сохраненными кадрами, все можно показать на месте. В интернете я в принципе могу посмотреть всё, включая маршрут и историю собора. Один раз Елена махнула рукой на улице в сторону и сказала, что там магазин традиционных сладостей, протараторила названия и сказала, что я могу потом туда зайти. Не рассказала ни что за сладости, ни историю, ничего. Не могу сказать, что это было совсем ужасно, но я встречала много гидов гораздо лучше за эти деньги.

Вчера была на экскурсии по Сиене с замечательным гидом Еленой. Она профессионал своего дела! В спокойном темпе мы обошли большую часть достопримечательностей. Подача информации в формате приятной беседы. Очень жалею, что не обратилась к ней раньше для организации других экскурсий. Всем рекомендую Елену и в своих следующих путешествиях обязательно обращусь к ней! 👌

Великолепная экскурсия с великолепной Еленой ! Были очарованы чудесной Сиеной ! Несмотря на то что мы не впервые в Сиенне мы были вновь ее приятно удивлены и Елена нам в этом очень помогла ! Рекомендуем всем потрясного гида

Я в третий раз в Сиене, но с Еленой увидел её как будто впервые! Даже не расстроился, что не успел очередной раз увидеть шикарную панораму города с Башни Обжоры (раньше это был для меня мастхэв), с другого ракурса смогли увидеть город сверху по рекомендации Елены (неожиданно!) Все акценты были Еленой расставлены как в правильной пьесе. История в её руках оживает, и гордые обитатели Сиены, присоединенные Козимо I к Флорентийской Республике, но не потерявшие свою самобытность, как будто сопровождают вас в прогулке по городу,с волнением переживая очередное Палио... Спасибо, Вам Елена! Ах, как хочется вернуться в городок! 😇
