Описание

Это будет не просто гастропрогулка с дегустацией всех известных и неизвестных, но несомненно вкуснейших национальных блюд: супов, булочек, карривурста и лабскауса — для смелых гурманов. Если окажетесь в Гамбурге в воскресенье, мы отправимся на колоритный рыбный рынок. Познакомлю вас с местными знаменитостями — Дитером, который торгует угрём уже 60 лет, и раста-бариста Джесси.

Что вас ожидает

Вы обязательно попробуете:

  • Булочки с рыбной начинкой (Fischbrötchen). Традиционно их делают с селёдкой «Матиас» или маринованной сельдью «Бисмарк». Предложу вам этого прародителя гамбургера с разнообразными начинками из морепродуктов.
  • Гамбургский суп с угрём (Hamburger Aalsuppe). Блюдо с историческим подвохом отличается изумительным ароматом и согревает в холодную погоду.
  • Гамбургский суп с раками (Hamburger Krebssuppe). Поймёте, за что его так полюбили местные жители.
  • Лабскаус (Labskaus). Специфическое во всех смыслах блюдо придумали моряки в нелёгкие периоды плаваний. Оно не всем приходится по вкусу. Но если вы любитель неожиданных вкусовых ощущений, будет интересно.
  • Булочки с корицей (Franzbrötchen). Эту одновременно хрустящую и мягкую сдобу можно найти только в Гамбурге. По классическому рецепту в неё добавляют корицу, но сейчас эти булочки делают также с шоколадом, орехами или изюмом.
  • Карривурст (Currywurst). Один из любимейших фастфудов жителей Гамбурга. Предлагают его на каждом шагу, но важно попробовать у лучших. К ним-то я вас и приведу.
  • Ароматный кофе. Именно через Гамбург в Европу завозили редкие сорта этого напитка. Местные власти не растерялись и создали целый музей кофе. Мы зайдем в музейную кофейню и попробуем те самые виды, которые прославили Гамбург ещё в начале 18 века.
  • Крафтовое пиво, представленное всевозможными сортами
  • И это далеко не всё, но нужно же оставить некую загадку😉

Несмотря на то, что Гамбург считается одним из самых дорогих городов Европы, я покажу вам заведения с доступной и вкусной едой.

А как же фишмаркт?

Без этого старинного рыбного рынка (Fischmarkt) Гамбург представить сложно. С 18 века он работает только по воскресеньям и только с 5-6 до 10 утра. Как же тут атмосферно и колоритно! Вы найдёте здесь всё — от свежайшей рыбки до рукоделий. Но самое важное на рынке — это люди. Тут мы встретим Дитера Бруна, основателя Aale-Dieter, того самого продавца угря, и харизматичного бариста Джесси, мимо которого пройти невозможно.

  • Дополнительные расходы: еда и напитки, входные/проездные билеты. Сумма будет оговорена заранее и лично в переписке.
  • Это пешая экскурсия. По желанию можно взять машину, изменение стоимости обсудим индивидуально в переписке.

Очень благодарны Екатерине за такое теплое, душевное и главное вкусное первое знакомство с Гамбургом и его гастрономией. Время действительно пролетело незаметно, погода позволила гулять пешком, для нас маршрут оказался не только кулинарным, но и полноценно экскурсионным, мы увидели город со всех его сторон. Екатерина порекомендовала много дополнительных мест по нашим запросам, и была на связи, если у нас возникали какие-либо вопросы. Очень рекомендую данную экскурсию. :)

Катя - гид юный, обаятельный и очаровательный - очень тщательно подготовилась к нашей прогулке: были учтены все гастрономические предпочтения экскурсантов, заказаны лучшие столики, а одно из заведений - ресторанчик на живописном кораблике-маяке - даже открылся для нас на полчаса раньше обычного времени по просьбе нашего дорогого гида. Неспешно погуляли по городу и по порту, купили вкусные подарки домочадцам, попробовали традиционные гамбургские деликатесы. Отличная прогулка для гурманов.
