Описание
Вы отправитесь на винодельню неподалеку от Рима, где уже шесть поколений производят качественное красное, белое, игристое и десертное вино. Гостеприимные хозяева покажут свои владения, расскажут о семейных традициях, объяснят тонкости винного производства и проведут в старинный погреб. А затем пригласят на дегустацию и обед с блюдами из фермерских продуктов.

Вина в окрестностях Рима
По дороге на винодельню вы узнаете о природных характеристиках региона и происхождении особого состава его почвы, благодаря которому вина приобретают неповторимый вкус и аромат. Услышите о многовековых традициях средиземноморского виноделия и месте семейных хозяйств в жизни итальянцев. А по пути осмотрите красивые пейзажи римских окрестностей.
Винодельня аристократической семьи
В компании хозяев вы прогуляетесь по виноградникам, посаженным больше столетия назад, и узнаете о выращиваемых сортах винограда. Познакомитесь с историей семейного дела и традициями, которые бережно хранят уже несколько поколений. Увидите сам процесс производства белого, красного и десертного вин, а отдельный рассказ будет об игристом вине спумантэ. Также вы посмотрите на приспособление, которое изобрёл сам Леонардо да Винчи. Его до сих пор используют на винодельне!
Дегустации
По желанию вы продегустируете три или четыре вида вин. К каждому сорту вам предложат подходящие закуски: сыры, мясо, боккончини. Будет уютно, красиво и вкусно!

Больше было похоже не на экскурсию, а на трансфер со знакомыми. Нам не хватило информации и интересных фактов. Поездка на сыроварню - пустая трата времени - не советуем.

Очень интересная , познавательная и действительно душевная поездка на винодельню! Большое спасибо гиду Марине за хорошую организацию и знакомство с одной из старинных виноделен Италии. Получили море положительных эмоций и новой информации о белых винах, их классификации и производстве!

Эта была поистине душевная поездка из Рима на одну из виноделен Лацио с великолепным экскурсоводом и знатоком своего дела Мариной. Приветливые хозяева встретили нас и познакомили с историей винодельни, показали старую лозу, позаженную более 50 лет назад и рассказали о методах изготовления натуральных вин. Мы спустились в глубокий погреб, вырытый вручную, где хранятся бутилизированные вина при постоянной 14 градусной температуре. Затем нам провели дегустацию белых и красных вин, в том числе игристого вина, изготовленного по классическому методу шампанских вин. На столе была нарезка из различных видов сыров и колбас, а на последок к красному вину нам предложили великолепную пасту с рагу. Прикупив две бутылки вина, мы, довольные и счастливые, вернулись в Рим.
