Описание
Будапешт — город, в котором надо смотреть не античные древности (хотя они тоже есть) и даже не отдельные (хотя и очаровательные) памятники Средневековья и эпохи барокко. Будапешт — это Европа, какой она была до 1914 года, и какой она осталась бы, не будь Первой мировой войны.
Город, практически целиком построенный в промежуток между потопом и юбилеем — то есть между катастрофическим наводнением 1838 года и празднованием Тысячелетия обретения родины в 1896 году, — один огромный раритет времен «belle epoque», «прекрасной эпохи». Каждый доходный дом на Большом бульваре — дворец, каждый сквер с памятником — привет из ушедшего времени…
Что вас ожидает
Но я хочу показать вам не фасады, а дворы. Фасады — это парадный мундир, бальное платье. Это — на выход, «на люди». Настоящая же жизнь города протекает не на площадях и проспектах. Она внутри. Во дворах.
Будапештские дворы не видны с улицы. У туриста, идущего по городу, может даже создаться впечатление, что здесь совсем нет зелени: сплошь фасады и фасады, камень и камень. Так вот, зелень — внутри. С улицы в здание ведет парадная дверь. За ней — внутренний дворик. Там будут и дерево, и цветы, и целая лужайка иногда. Можно представить петербургский двор-колодец, перенесенный в климат, где двести тридцать солнечных дней в году, а не шестьдесят два, — получится двор будапештский.
А вдоль стен домов, обрамляющих двор, на каждом этаже — галереи с чугунными перилами. И, поднявшись по внутренней лестнице на нужный этаж, человек идет дальше к своей квартире по такой галерее. Мимо всех соседских окон, открытых настежь по случаю одного из этих двухсот тридцати солнечных дней. И все видят его. И он видит соседскую жизнь или, по крайней мере, ее кусочек. И весь внутренний дворик тоже перед ним как на ладони: с чьим-то пристегнутым к ограде велосипедом, с игрушечной машинкой, оставленной мальчиком с третьего этажа, с розовым кустом, который как раз сейчас поливает соседка сверху («Добрый день, целую ручки!»). И пока он идет по галерее, зададимся вопросом: а что значит наличие такого двора для социального функционирования города?
Ответ будем искать вместе.
Увидим идеальные дворы «будапештских Елисейских полей» — проспекта Андраши, живые уютные (и обычно закрытые для случайных прохожих) дворы Пешта, пройдем дворами-переулками, неожиданно открывающими выход на соседнюю улицу, свернем в Еврейский квартал Эржебетвароша и посетим то, что еще не получило устоявшегося названия в русском языке — «руин-бары» (увидите!), заглянем в Gozsdu Udvar, где по воскресеньям — рынок художественных изделий, обнаружим, что и просто рынки в Будапеште обитают во дворах…
И убедимся: счастливый город начинается со двора. Возможно, кто-то увидит в этом готовый рецепт улучшения жизни собственного города.

Превели прекрасный день с Анной, информация по существу, экскурсия не перегружена и воспринимается на одном дыхании, Анна прекрасный рассказчик и увлеченный любимым делом человек, отсюда и прекрасные впечатления, кроме самой темы экскурсии очень много интересных фактов и общих сведений, отдельное спасибо за рекомендации мест для питания. Очень рекомендуем.

забыла написать отзыв о самом прекрасном экскурсоводе Анне Чайковской. Мы были год назад, а сейчас у нас появилась возможность посетить Будапешт снова, благодаря тому, что знаем, у нас есть шикарный гид. Наша семья очень рекомендует Анну, глубокая и интересная история о Будапеште нас поразила. Кстати, Анна писательница и выпустили свои книги на русском языке. Ждем с нетерпением встречи с Анной.

Экскурсия вне всяких похвал. Мы в Будапеште не первый раз, Анну очень рекомендую, столько всего нового узнали. Сам рассказчик, материал, подача - все на отлично!! Обьем знаний Анны поражает не меньше, чем ее стремление рассказать простыми словами самые важные и интересные вещи.
