Прекрасный гид Тамара встретила в центре города, посадила в машину и привезла в живописное место. Встретили в колоритном доме с живой печкой, где готовили вкусную еду. Описание
Идеальный сырный пирог и кукурузные лепёшки из печи, сытный пикантный суп и старинный виноградный десерт — вы приготовите аутентичные блюда национальной кухни в аутентичной обстановке. Обзаведётесь рецептами «из первых рук». И отведаете с бокалом вина то, что у вас получилось. А получится бесподобно — по-другому у нас не бывает. И приезжайте компанией — вместе веселее!
Что вас ожидает
Мы встретимся в Кутаиси и отправимся за город, где вы научитесь готовить несколько традиционных блюд — грузинских и локальных, имеретинских.
- Без хачапури нашу кухню представить невозможно. Наиболее распространённый вид этой ароматной выпечки родом из Имеретии. Как сделать правильное тесто и сочную начинку? Вам расскажут и покажут на мастер-классе.
- Также вам предстоит испечь на кеци (глиняная сковородка) кукурузные лепёшки мчади. В Западной Грузии они употребляются в качестве хлеба. А как замечательно они подходят к баклажанам с орехами! Проверите сами ;)
- Дополнит гастрономическую программу приготовление ещё одного блюда — ароматного чашушули с курицей, зеленью и специями.
- Не забудем о сладеньком. Вас научат творить волшебный пеламуши. В чём секрет любимого грузинами десерта — узнаете при встрече.
- И всё это было бы неполным без священного напитка нашей земли — вина.

Замечательная душевная экскурсия ! Готовили и ели)! Очень красивое место,гостеприимный дом,стол -самобранка! А какой десерт!!!! Тамар встретила нас и отвезла обратно!!! Нам очень понравился формат ,надеемся,что в следующий приезд будут новые блюда,которые мы попробуем приготовить!!! Всем рекомендую для хорошего настроения и прекрасного настроения!!!!

Отличное мероприятие! Всё хорошо организовано: трансфер из отеля на место и обратно, мастер-класс, застолье, общение. Само место расположения дома медитативное само по себе: вокруг лесок, вода на горы во все стороны и на Гелатский монастырь. Старый аутентичный дом с предметами интерьера из далёкого прошлого. Для мастер-класса всё заранее подготовлено, потому можно неспешно приготовить яства. Мы готовили мчади, имерули и рулетики из баклажанов. Стол просто ломится от всевозможной (и всегда вкусной) еды и всё это под местное вино. Отлично провели время за разговорами и едой. Единственный момент, который хотелось бы отметить, это то, что хотелось бы большего вовлечения в сам процесс приготовления либо охватить большее количество блюд. К примеру, предоставить возможность гостям обжарить те же баклажаны, а не только готовить смесь для их обмазки.
