Описание

Приглашаю совершить яркое путешествие во времени — в обаятельный Кёнигсберг на рубеже 19-20 веков. На ХуфеналлеЕ и аллее королевы Луизы вы познакомитесь со старинной застройкой, определившей облик района Хуфен, услышите городские легенды о виллах, доходных домах и их довоенных жителях. А также узнаете о хуфенских трамвайчиках и знаменитом немецком зоопарке и познакомитесь с уличным искусством современного Калининграда.

Что вас ожидает

«Космическая» ХуфеналлеЕ
Начнем прогулку с мощеного проспекта Мира — это бывшая ХуфеналлеЕ, которая являлась главной улицей исторического района Хуфен. В самом ее сердце вы увидите знаменитый зоопарк и милого хомлина. А еще старейший кинотеатр со звездной тематикой — тема космоса будоражила жителей этого города всегда. Мы поговорим о наших земляках-космонавтах, особенно о легендарном Алексее Леонове, судьба которого тесно связана с Калининградом.

Аллея королевы Луизы
Затем вы окажетесь на самой живописной улице Хуфена — Луизеналлее, ныне Комсомольской. Я расскажу о застройке виллами в конце 19 — начале 20 века и о том, как позже изменилась градостроительная концепция, воплотившаяся в приютах и благородных доходных домах, которые и определили облик улицы. Что ни здание — то памятник архитектуры! На некоторых можно увидеть необычный стрит-арт! О самых интересных историях домов обязательно поговорим на прогулке. И даже сможем зайти в один из них. Ведь сегодня здесь — частный музей с единственной в городе горгульей!

Музыкальная аллея
Согласно адресной книге на Германналлее — ныне улица Чайковского — здесь проживали самые необычные представители немецкого общества. Их дома сохранились, и они прекрасны! Вы увидите буки и каштаны, а по весне цветущие магнолии и сакуры, придающие аллее невероятный шарм.

Хуфенские трамваи
До войны по этой улице можно было прокатиться на сине-желтом трамвайчике. К слову, хуфенские отличались особым уровнем комфорта. Какой же сейчас транспорт представлен в этом районе? И сохранился ли тот самый хуфенский трамвай? Об этом — на нашей встрече. А после — вы сможете проехать на старейшем трамвае России или посетить немецкий зоопарк — волшебный уголок Калининграда.

По желанию вы также можете посетить частный музей «Дом с горгульей», экспозиция которого перенесет вас в прошлое Кёнигсберга.

Замечательную прогулку придумала для нас Юлия! Очень хотелось пройтись нестандартным маршрутом, увидеть старые улицы города с аутентичной архитектурой,поэтому специально искала этот маршрут и нашла у Юлии! Старинные здания с архитектурой постмодерна, виллочки, особняки, историю зоопарка и здешнего стритарта- мы всё это увидели, и Юля поведала нам историю каждого здания и обитателей этих мест! Юлия, отличный экскурсовод, рассказывает с душой и погружена в свой город и регион как и полагается отличному гиду. Сама экскурсия по аллеям отличная, старые виллы и дома, зеленые аллеи без магазинов и вывесок, очень колоритно. Обязательно при следующем посещение Калининграда буду брать экскурсии у Юлии по другим частям города.

Юля, с Международным женским днем Вас, милая девушка! Экскурсия была в ноябре, но до сих пор вспоминаю нашу замечательную прогулку. Желтые листочки гингко билоба до сих храню к книгах. Особенно порадовал визит в одну из вилл Амалиенау. Неравнодушное отношение Юли к городу поражает. Спасибо огромное за экскурсию и надеюсь на новую встречу.
