Описание
Крупнейший в стране мужской монастырь, основанный одним из самых почитаемых русских святых 7 веков назад, стоит особняком в отечественной истории и христианстве. Здесь крестил сына Иван Грозный, правители пешком приходили на поклон из Москвы и происходили чудеса исцеления. В ярких деталях я расскажу о старинном комплексе и помогу осознать его значимость.

Выдающийся памятник истории, религии и архитектуры
Я расскажу, как развивался монастырь на протяжении веков и в чем состоит его уникальность. Объясню, почему именно сюда приходило так много паломников со всей Руси. Вы узнаете, как монастырю удалось продержаться 16 месяцев в осаде и что за люди защищали эту крепость. И, конечно, поговорим и об основателе обители — преподобном Сергии Радонежском. Вы посетите древнейший собор на территории монастыря — Троицкий, где увидите иконы Андрея Рублева и место, где находятся мощи Сергия. Также не обойдем стороной Трапезную палату, где совершались торжественные обеды, и Успенский собор, построенный по приказу Иоанна IV.
На территории монастыря находится одна из самых высоких колоколен в России — её высота 88 метров. Узнаем историю самого большого действующего колокола в 72 тонны, в который звонят 6 человек. Во время экскурсии услышим часовой механизм начала XX века, работающий по сей день.
Помимо монахов в лавре живут студенты Московской Духовной Академии — первое высшее учебное заведение на Руси. Она располагается в царском дворце. Мы его посетим и узнаем как поступить в Академию, какие нужно сдавать экзамены. Словом, нас ждёт знакомство с внутренней жизнью студентов.

- По желанию в программу можно включить подъём на колокольню — 5500 ₽ за группу до 6 человек, далее 700 ₽ за каждого последующего

Замечательная экскурсия! Нас было 12 человек, среди которых почти половина дети в возрасте от 6 до 13 лет. 1,5 часа пролетели очень быстро и интересно. Дмитрий сумел захватить и удержать внимание не только взрослых, но и детей, даже самых маленьких. Материал подан без перегрузки лишними точными датами в понятной всем форме. В группе были взрослые, кто у же был до этого на экскурсиях в Сергиевой Лавре, и им также было интересно, так как были новые для них исторические факты.
