Описание
Мадрид — европейский чемпион по количеству баров. Но помимо ночной жизни, здесь существует богатейший гастрономический мир, способный удивить и порадовать самую разную публику. Не выезжая из Мадрида, вы сможете совершить гастрономическое путешествие по всей Испании, от Малаги до Астуриаса. Моя задача — стать вашим проводником и показать, что гастрономия может быть очень демократичной по форме и цене.
Что вас ожидает
Вы начнете свое путешествие в совсем неприметном баре в районе Пласа Майор, где делают самый вкусный бутерброд с кальмарами, типичный для мадридской кухни. Далее попробуем деликатесы и вина на самом модном местном рынке.
Также в центре есть ресторан, где уже сто лет разливают отличный вермут, так любимый мадридцами и самим Хемингуэем. Для любителей роскоши — ресторан, где блюда подают к столу оперные певцы. Не говоря уже о бесчисленных маленьких ресторанчиках домашней испанской кухни, о которых не пишут в путеводителях.
Вы услышите историю самых известных блюд и ресторанов, интересные факты о гастрономии города, попробуете Мадрид на вкус. Терпкое красное вино из местных виноделен, тушеная с фасолью и овощами говядина, бутерброд с кальмаром, оливки на шпажках, улитки — все это Мадрид. За вечер мы посетим несколько необычных и любимых местными жителями заведений, чтобы в каждом попробовать блюда, которыми они славятся.
Моя экскурсия для тех, кто хочет познакомиться с уникальной кухней Мадрида, узнать вкусную сторону этого необычного города.
Организационные детали
Стоимость блюд в ресторанах не входит в стоимость экскурсии. Ценник зависит от ваших предпочтений и желаний, но если говорить о минимальных (по моему опыту) тратах в течение экскурсии — на одного они составят примерно 30-40 евро (2-3 блюда, 2-3 бокала вина с тапас, кофе с десертом). На двоих получается экономичнее — 40-50 евро.

Это однозначно был хайлайт нашей поездки! Было вкусно, весело, сытно, интересно и очень комфортно. Ксения замечательный гид! У нас весь вечер было ощущение, что мы приехали к давней подруге и она показывает нам интересные заведения в Мадриде. Мы посетили несколько кафе и ресторанов, попробовали различные тапас, испанские вина, морепродукты, сыры и многое другое (на фото малая часть). Послушали интересные истории, которые прекрасно дополнили наши знания с утренней экскурсии. Ксения очень ответственно относится к пожеланиям, она заранее уточнила наши предпочтения в еде и наличие аллергий, и адаптировала наши заказы согласно нашим предпочтениям/ограничениям. Признаюсь, я немного сомневалась в бронировании этого тура изначально из-за цены, но мы точно об этом не пожалели. Нам удалось посетить заведения, в которые бы мы вряд ли зашли как самостоятельные туристы. Мы всем остались очень довольны :)

Большое спасибо Ксении за супер экскурсию! Очень позитивный и приятный в общении человек. Через 15 минут впечатление, что знаешь ее очень давно. Время пролетело незаметно. Попробовали много новых для себя блюд и напитков! Дочке тоже было очень интересно и увлекательно, даже без вина). Большой привет!
