Описание

Люди с интересными обычаями живут в одном из самых живописных мест России — отправляемся в Кабардино-Балкарию! Проехав через равнину и предгорья, вы пройдете по узкому ущелью и окажетесь у высоких водопадов. Увидите ледяное кружево или миллионы брызг, а также по желанию попробуете балкарскую кухню и, конечно, погрузитесь в культуру края.

Сказочные ландшафты Северного Кавказа
Дорога из Пятигорска до Чегемской теснины — это разнообразие пейзажей за окном. Она проходит через равнину, предгорья, ущелье. Лесистый хребет сменится пастбищами, и мы отправимся на прогулку по каньону, где у ног бурлит река Чегем. По пути пройдем мимо причудливых выветриваний; найдем «лик богатыря» и «каменный гриб». Здесь вас окружат скалы, окрашенные в розовый цвет, и возвышенности, напоминающие разрушенные замки. С трудом верится, что это выточено временем, ветром и водой!

Величественный комплекс водопадов
Вас ждут Чегемские водопады — сотни невесомых струй, которые ветер превращает в мельчайшие брызги. Местные называют это явление «стеной водопадов». Зимой, когда воды немного, вы полюбуетесь ледяной бахромой; летом — насладитесь дуэтом воды и камня. У водопадов можно пообедать блюдами национальной кухни, а также заглянуть на рынок с богатым выбором вязаных и шерстяных изделий.

Какая она, Кабардино-Балкария?
Впечатления от восхитительной природы дополнят мои рассказы о Республике. Равнина, которую вы увидите, населена кабардинцами, в ущелье живут балкарцы. Вы узнаете о появлении этих народов на Кавказе, о союзе Кабарды и России, который заключен со времен Ивана Грозного. А еще мы поговорим об особенностях национальной одежды и традициях — об аталычестве, куначестве и аманатстве.

Красивые места! Нам с погодой не повезло, было очень холодно, даже снег пошел. Но съездить советую. Водопады разных видов: есть классические, есть водопады, льющиеся изнутри скалы. Очень интересно! В Чегемской теснине есть несколько кафе, вкусные хычины, продают вязаные вещи, сладости (пастилу, чурчхелу), сувениры. Мы ездили втроём: двое взрослых с ребенком 10 лет. Понравилось всем.
