Описание

Дом на набережной, Дом культуры ГЭС-2 и Палаты Аверкия Кириллова — этим объектам посвящена моя экскурсия. Наш маршрут короткий по расстоянию, но очень насыщенный по содержанию. Вы погрузитесь в непростую историю Дома на набережной, услышите о его архитекторе и выдающихся жителях. Узнаете о концепции ГЭС-2, а в конце попадёте в 17 век, посетив чудом сохранившуюся усадьбу думного дьяка и главного царского садовника Аверкия Кириллова.

Дом на набережной: хроники места
Экскурсию начнем со знаменитого Дома, где всё имеет значение, поэтому в моем рассказе будет много тем, имен, исторических параллелей и фактов. Вы узнаете о месте, где стоит Дом — это древняя территория напротив Кремля. Раскроете, для кого и для чего возвели этот комплекс, а также кто из первых лиц советского государства участвовал в строительстве.

Имена Дома на набережной
Почему судьбу архитектора Дома, Бориса Иофана, можно назвать фантастической? Я расскажу о нем и о его «царственном» счастливом браке с герцогиней Руффо. Под окнами квартиры Алексея Баталова вспомним об этом великом артисте. А у мемориальных досок первых героев Советского Союза вы услышите об их подвигах.

Жизнь и дух Дома на набережной
Поговорим мы и о музее Дома, с основателем которого я хорошо знаком. Чтобы проникнуться аурой Дома, зайдем в подъезд, в котором я живу, и познакомимся с его прежними обитателями. Пройдем через дворы, где я расскажу, какими благами пользовались именитые жители. Увидим прачечную, медпункт, детский сад на 11-ом этаже, столовую диетического питания и столярную мастерскую.

Взгляд на Дом культуры «ГЭС-2»
Это новое московское место притяжения с интересной историей: вы узнаете ее и услышите, какие события, факты и люди связывают ГЭС-2 с Домом на набережной. Философия и задачи проекта, удивительные архитектурные и технические идеи Ренцо Пиано — об этом на экскурсии.

Палаты 17 века и единоверческий храм Св. Николая в Берсенях
Через мастерские Дома культуры — бывшие винные склады — выйдем к усадьбе Аверкия Кириллова. В палатах думного дьяка вас ждет рассказ о происхождении Замоскворечья, о царских садах и главном царском садовнике, увидим водочный завод и винные склады знаменитого Смирнова. Здесь же полюбуемся сказочным Никольским храмом, где службы идут, как и в 17 веке, по древнему чину, с древними распевами, а постоянные прихожане крестятся двумя перстами — и всё это в самом центре Москвы!

  • Пожалуйста, одевайтесь по погоде — на улице мы проведём 2-2,5 часа

Огромное спасибо Павлу за невероятно атмосферную экскурсию! То, что он сам живёт в Доме на набережной, делает погружение в историю совершенно особенным — это не просто рассказ гида, а личная история жителя легендарного дома. Павел показал нам детали, которые не найти в путеводителях, поделился бытовыми подробностями и реальными историями соседей, провёл по внутренним дворам с их уникальной атмосферой.
