Шабровский карьер
Шабровский тальковый карьер — один из самых интересных туристических объектов.
Я проведу небольшой экскурс в историю посёлка Шабровский и тальковых месторождений «Старая линза» и «Новая лизна». Вы узнаете об особенностях добычи и обработки минерала тальк, его роли в промышленности и нашей жизни и причинах консервации карьера.
Природные сокровища
Мы полюбуемся производством, поросшем кустарником, и прогуляемся вдоль затопленного карьера. Здесь до сих пор можно найти чёрные «турмалиновые кольца», блестящий гематит, благородный тальк, дымчатый кварц. А в отвалах «Старой линзы» — магнезит, шерл, актинолит, рутил, гематит, хлорит, халцедон, серпентинит и даже горный хрусталь. Увы, карьеры нынче затопляются, но, к счастью, не теряют колорит. Около них ещё остались сооружения и даже некоторая техника, погружающая в атмосферу прошлого века.

Не назвала бы полноценной экскурсией... бОльшую часть времени провели в поиске минералов (для нас, собственно, это и было важно), а экскурсионная часть была достаточно скромной. По времени, конечно, очень много заложено на потенциальные пробки, но даже с ними экскурсия уложилась в 3 с небольшим часа...

Считаю, что цена на экскурсию завышена - не длилась заявленное количество часов. Гид Анатолий был доброжелателен, компетентен.
