Описание

Петроградка знаменита доходными домами с уникальными фасадами, нарядными парадными и лестницами, витражами и лепниной. Мы с вами всё это великолепие исследуем: увидим дома эмира Бухарского и Розенштейна, проникнем в парадные на Большом проспекте и пройдёмся по дворам-колодцам. А заодно обсудим расцвет застройки и причины популярности здешних локаций у режиссёров.

Что вас ожидает

  • Начнём экскурсию с внешнего осмотра доходного дома семейства Чубаковых
  • Исследуем солидный дом эмира Бухарского, который в нём не жил. Вы узнаете, почему.
  • Уделим внимание другим значимым постройкам 20 столетия, в частности доходным домам Константина Розенштейна и Белогруда
  • Обсудим, что раньше было на том месте, где сейчас стоит театр Андрея Миронова
  • Заглянем в таинственный двор-колодец «дома с фигурами»
  • Посмотрим на уникальную стену с фольконье и брандмаузером в доходном доме Дальберга и Кохендерфера

Экскурсовод приятный мужчина, ему явна интересна история города, было приятно провести в группе больше двух часов. Показалось, что давно не ходил по данному маршруту, не мог сразу соориентироваться в какую парадную нужно заходить, но это мелочи, конечно Отвечал на все вопросы по мере возможности.

Замечательный гид Николай провел для нас увлекательную экскурсию по доходным домам и дворам Петроградской стороны. Хочется отметить поразительный дар рассказчика Николая. Все очень образно и живо. Понимаю, что мы охватили лишь малую часть доходных домов, но, наверное, это правильно. Удалось почувствовать дух прошлой эпохи, резонировать переменам. Запишемся на другие экскурсии и именно к Николаю).
