Описание
Если вы планируете посетить Амстердам и размышляете над тем, какой еще город посмотреть, то вот вам мой совет: поезжайте в Лейден! Он немного похож на Амстердам каналами и историческими зданиями, но вот его отличие: это город студентов и Рембрандта. Студенты пусть спешат на своих велосипедах на лекции и в бары, а мы неторопливо пройдемся по маршруту, останавливаясь для фотосъемки.
Программа
На нашем пути целых две фотогеничных мельницы, не считая мостиков и неожиданно открывающихся уютных уголков старого города. На какой улице жил будущий король, а тогда студент Виллем-Александр? Видел ли Рембрандт из окна своего дома мельницу отца и что зашифровано в самом загадочном памятнике Рембрандту?
Места, связанные с детством и юностью художника, находятся в историческом центре города, на небольшом расстоянии. Наша прогулка будет проходить вдоль живописных каналов, через мостики, городские ворота, мимо церквей и мельниц. Лейден богат на «открыточные виды», так что не забудьте зарядить фотоаппараты!
Мы увидим живописные здания школы и церкви, куда ходил Рембрандт, пройдем маршрутом, которым он ходил в здание своей первой студии. Не обойдем вниманием и другие достопримечательности города: здания и памятники других эпох и связанные с ними события создадут у вас картину истории и жизни города.
Как человек, проучившийся в Лейдене шесть лет, наверняка не удержусь и украшу свой рассказ студенческими байками. Обещаю сюрприз и (по желанию) фотосессию в самом романтичном месте города.
По средам и субботам в центре вдоль канала раскидывается рынок, где можно отведать свежей малосольной селедки, с которой также связана «чисто Лейденская история».
Продолжительность прогулки вместе с перерывом на кофе или поедание селедки — 3 часа.

Добрый день! В феврале 2014г. посетили вместе с Еленой очень красивый город Лейден. Когда собирались в поездку, перерыла много информации о Нидерландах, чтобы с максимальной пользой провести время. Лейден упоминался практически во всех отзывах. И мы тоже отправились туда, но не одни, а с Еленой. Впервые, жизнь в другой стране увидела не только с фасадов зданий, но и как бы изнутри: мы были в университете (у нас так просто не войдешь в учебное заведение), познакомились с местным жителем (эта встреча просто незабываема! но пока не знаю как прошла встреча, о которой мы договаривались). Я увидела сразу в одном месте как живут в Нидерландах, как там учатся и работают! Очень хочу вернуться в Лейден, но теперь уже в другое время года, чтобы сравнить. Сейчас об этом городе впечатление - очень солнечно и как то уютно, даже камерно, как будто кругом "все свои". И большая заслуга в этом Елены. Рекомендую, очень интеллигентный, грамотный человек и специалист, на все возникшие по ходу экскурсии вопросы были получены развернутые ответы. Спасибо за знакомство с Лейденом.
