Не только морем и горами славится Сочи. Приглашаю вас оценить его архитектурное разнообразие. Вокзалы, театры, храмы, санатории, гостиницы — вы узнаете, почему и как построили то или иное здание, какую жизнь оно прожило, чем интересны его детали. Мы найдем памятники модерна и конструктивизма, эклектики и неоклассики, вспомним известные имена и поговорим о современной архитектуре.

Что вас ожидает

Достопримечательности и их стили

  • Мы начнем экскурсию с видовой башни в центре Сочи, поэтому у вас сразу сложится представление о городском планировании и о том, как Сочи менялся на протяжении своей жизни. Здесь по желанию можно попить кофе.
  • Следующий пункт маршрута — красивейший кафедральный храм Равноапостольного князя Владимира, образец неовизантийской архитектуры.
  • В историческом центре вас ждут величественные символы Сочи — Морской вокзал и Зимний театр — шедевры фундаментального неоклассицизма. Найдем также дом градоначальника, старейшую гостиницу города и дом Юсуповых. На задворках Зимнего театра найдем секретный садик, который гости обычно обходят стороной, хотя именно здесь ковался неповторимый Сочинский стиль озеленения, за который Сочи в 1979м году получил госпремию РСФСР в области архитектуры.
  • Затем мы проедем до дачи Сталина, где вы познакомитесь со скромной архитектурой сталинского конструктивизма, узнаете секреты планировки дачи, всю правду о зеленом цвете сталинских дач, почему в ней невозможно было никого подслушать, почему у Сталина было три спальни и где ночевал глава его охраны. Узнаем, сколько раз Сталин бывал в Сочи, почему Сталин никогда не купался в море и почему интерьер его дачи так сильно напоминает интерьер кремлевского кабинета.
  • Из полумрака сталинской дачи перенесемся в солнечную Сочифорнию — место, где живут влюбленные в море люди. Это знаменитые арки Малого Ахуна, похожие на арки из заставки сериала «Санта-Барбара». Здесь пьют коктейли с видом на дельфинов и жарят шашлык в морских брызгах. И здесь тоже живут сочинцы.
  • Затем мы проедем через квартал сочинских богачей, который выглядит как Сен-Тропе на Лазурном берегу Франции.

Архитектурные особенности и любопытные факты
Что за фигуры стоят на здании Морвокзала? Сколько стоили санатории сталинской и хрущевской эпохи? За 4 часа я расскажу самое занимательное об облике Сочи. Вы познакомитесь с разными видами ордеров и заново откроете для себя архитекторов, которые творили в нашем городе. Кроме того, поймете, почему Сочи так называется, из-за чего железная дорога обошла стороной центр и чем различаются Сочи сталинский и путинский.

  • Между объектами мы перемещаемся на автомобиле. Экскурсия состоится в любую погоду.
  • Дополнительные расходы: видовая башня — 100 ₽, дача Сталина — 800 ₽.

Потрясающая экскурсия с Антоном! Увидели Сочи с новой стороны: от знаменитой дачи Сталина до скрытых локаций, которые точно не найдёшь на туристических картах. Рассказы Антона — захватывающие, маршрут — идеальный. 10/10, однозначно рекомендую!

Очень хорошая экскурсия для первого знакомства с городом. Удобно, что проводится в любое время в течение дня. Но в своих собственных интересах , чтобы время было светлое, т.к. в городе Сочи действительно темные ночи. )) Но общего впечатления от экскурсии это не испортило. Практически все значимые точки города показаны. Транспорт удобный, маршрут продуманный. Редко хвалю в экскурсиях всё, но здесь замечаний не было никаких. Спасибо Антону.
