Описание

Исследуя живописные окрестности, вы прикоснетесь к ранней истории Новгорода эпохи создания древнерусского государства, а в историческом центре посетите место, где проходило легендарное новгородское вече. Осмотрите оригинальный храм, древние земляные валы и башню, построенную при Иване Грозном. Увидите современный центр города. И вместе с Новгородом пройдете путь длиной более чем в 1160 лет!

Что вас ожидает

Путешествие к истокам
Вначале мы отправимся на легендарное Рюриково Городище, где ещё во времена викингов появился первый город. Вы оцените панорамы на озеро Ильмень и пойменные луга восточных окрестностей Новгорода. Далее проедем по историческим кварталам Торговой стороны. На Ярославовом Дворище поговорим о новгородском Торге и собиравшемся здесь вече. А позже я покажу великолепную церковь Спаса на Ильине улице с её загадочными крестами на фасадах.

Великий Новгород на Софийской стороне
Переместившись в другую часть города, вы увидите район, где в послевоенные десятилетия складывается современный центр с фонтанами, парком, сталинскими домами.

Стражи и защитники города
Средневековый Новгород напомнит о себе земляными валами, сохранившимися почти на всем своём протяжении, и мощной Алексеевской башней эпохи Ивана Грозного — когда-то она защищала въезд в город. А завершится экскурсия на Сенной площади. Рядом — Кремлёвский парк и вход в Кремль, откуда вам будет удобно продолжить дальнейшее изучение нашего древнего города.

  • В холодный сезон или плохую погоду мы, по предварительному согласованию, едем вместо Рюрикова Городища в Юрьев монастырь, откуда его видно с противоположного берега

Замечательный гид! Всегда с опаской выбираю экскурсовода, так как сама экскурсовод и, честно говоря, угодить на меня трудно. С Аркадием нам очень повезло - человек профессиональный историк, который не утратил интерес к истории края. При этом он не превращает экскурсию в лекцию. Вы получаете столько информации, сколько вам нужно - сначала верхний "слой", но если задаете вопросы - гид всегда знает ответ и рассказывает то, что ни в одной книге не прочитаешь. Ни один вопрос не остался без ответа (поверьте, мы очень любопытные туристы), ни разу даже тени какой-то недовольства нашими вопросами, попытками где-то задержаться - всё очень душевно. Что для меня важно - гид не "кормит" байками и не выдаёт версии за чистую правду ради эпатажа. Если это версии - это версии. Если точно неизвестно - так и говорит. Погрелись чаем в атмосферном "погребке", программу с ходу перестроили, потому что гид понял, что очень уж нам хочется, в Юрьев монастырь. Очень светлые впечатления остались, как от прогулки с давним знакомым! Однозначно, рекомендую гида! Спасибо, Аркадий!

Были на обзорной экскурсии с Аркадием. Остались очень довольны как увиденным так и услышанным. Аркадий как кладезь информации, если не переключить в нужный момент, то его рассказ можно слушать целый день)) и самое главное слушать интересно и увлекательно. Срез знаний от древности до наших дней, не просто сухие факты, а с живыми и наполненными интересными событиями днями тех и этих дней сделали нашу экскурсию как маленькое путешествие во времени. Архитектурные нюансы всех эпох в православных храмах и постройках ярко отражены в городе во множестве сохранившихся храмах, в которых и мы под конец уже стали разбираться и узнавать разный стиль и красоту этих построек. Всем рекомендую данную экскурсию и Аркадия, как проводника в разные эпохи и просто интересного и профессионального историка и гида земли Новгородской.

Очень приятно было проехать на машине по Новгороду с Аркадием. При заказе экскурсии не было информации, будут ли археологические раскопы во время нашего визита, но темой мы интересовались. Аркадий предложил забронировать маршрут Новгородский дозор, но для нас дополнил его показом собственных находок и рассказами про работу археологов-спасателей. А по итогу нашел, где всё-таки велись раскопки в наш день и познакомил с командой! В итоге мы и про историю города узнали, и увидели увлечённых людей за работой, послушали рассказы, увидели настоящие находки.

Отличная экскурсия. Спасибо Аркадию большое. Очень увлеченный человек и знающий гид. С нами был непоседа 8 лет, но и он очень заинтересовался рассказом и местами посещения. Были в Великом Новгороде впервые, узнали много интереснейшей исторической информации и по самому городу и по значимым окресностям.
