Чудесный, знающий историю, влюблённый в свой край экскурсовод-гид Александр показал все красоты природы, рассказал много историй, легенд; заботился о безопасности и удобстве каждого гостя (группа была из 4 человек), советовал где можно попробовать местную национальную кухню. Мы остались очень довольны от поездки, будем рекомендовать друзьям. А с Александром хотим ещё раз совершить экскурсию на Джилы-Су.

у нас большой опыт поездок и если что-то не понравилось, то я предпочитаю отзыв не писать, просто промолчать. но в данной ситуации я решила отзыв написать. Экскурсию мы заказывали ориентируясь на отзывы об Алексее и его высокий рейтинг. накануне Алексей написал, что экскурсию провести не сможет и ее проведет Александр. Мы согласились на замену, хотя очень сомневались. Выехали в 8.30 из отеля. Становилось жарко и мы были с детьми, попросили Александра включить кондиционер в машине, оказалось, что перед этим он ездил в горы и кондиционер сломался, как оказалось позже, сломался не только кондиционер, но и сама машина , не доезжая первой локации обзорной площадки озера Гижгит. Насколько могли мы поднялись сами, но из-за жары далеко пройти не смогли. Александр искал замену машине. Найти машину за 200 километров от цивилизации нелегко,но спустя 5. 5 часов с начала экскурсии мы смогли ее продолжить. Я хочу сказать сразу - у нас нет претензий к Александру. Он настоящий мужчина, на которого можно положиться, прекрасный водитель, хороший организатор и в этой ситуации по максимуму сделал , все что мог. теперь объективные претензии к самой экскурсии: 1. 1 локация - смотровая площадка озера Гижгит - не доехали 2. 2 локация- перевал Актопрак- дали всего 5 минут пофотаться, потому что поджимало время 3. 3 локация - Эльтюбю- не то что погулять, посмотреть времени не было, взлетели на холм - посмотрели 2 крайних склепа из-за катастрофической нехватки времени и скатились назад 4.Чегемские водопады- славятся не только водопадами , но и ярмаркой. приехали к "шапочному разбору", продавцы местных товаров уже сложились и уехали, мед купить не успели. 5. впечатления от экскурсии остались скомканные, неслись как угорелые. Очень устали по жаре ожидая машину. 6. и самая главная претензия к Алексею - это про ответственность. Алексей , люди заказывают экскурсию, ориентируясь на отзывы о вас. случился форс мажор, вы экскурсию не провели , вы в это же время предпочли провести групповую экскурсию , но хотя бы позвонить или написать как все прошло у нас, может быть стоило? У нас была подобная ситуация в Калининграде- гид не смог провести экскурсию и прислал замену, но на протяжении всего дня контролировал ситуацию, спрашивал- все ли хорошо и после экскурсии позвонил и спросил все ли в порядке.

Спасибо большое Алексею за организацию, а гиду Владимиру за прекрасно проведенное время! Очень интересный маршрут, красивые места и все это вместе с приятной беседой и рассказом. Дважды останавливались перекусить в местных кафе - все было вкусно. Остались очень довольны поездкой.

Восхитительная поездка стала для нас не просто путешествием, а настоящим открытием Кавказа, погрузив в чарующий мир величественных горных пейзажей и таинственных ущелий. Временами дух захватывало от красоты, и казалось, что мы оказались в сказочном краю, сошедшем со страниц книг Толкиена. Огромная искренняя благодарность нашему замечательному водителю-экскурсоводу за интереснейший рассказ, создание неповторимой атмосферы, за то, что были учтены все наши пожелания и предпочтения! Отдельно хотим отметить комфортабельный и надежный транспорт, отличавшийся превосходной проходимостью, что позволило нам с легкостью преодолевать даже самые сложные участки маршрута. Эта поездка стала настоящей перезагрузкой, подарив нам прилив сил и вдохновения. Рекомендуем от всей души! Не пожалеете!
