Описание

Чтобы понять страну, нужно непременно попробовать её традиционную кухню! Именно этим мы займемся на гастропрогулке по городу. Мы пройдем по узким улочкам и заглянем в нетуристические кафе, чтобы отведать вкуснейшие супы, закуски и десерты. Вы убедитесь, что турецкая кухня — это не только кебабы, и оцените блюда, которые любят местные.

Гастро-погружение в Старом городе Антальи
Самые захватывающие кулинарные открытия ждут вас в центральном районе города. Наш маршрут пройдёт через колоритные улочки, старинные мечети, медный рынок, центральную площадь. Но этим мы не ограничимся: отыщем аутентичные кафе, ресторанчики. Вы узнаете о турецких блюдах, которые не подают в отелях, и заглянете в специализированные магазинчики специй, многие из которых не найти в других странах.

Что едят местные: пробуем шедевры турецкой кухни
За 2,5 часа вы продегустируете то, что едят обычные местные жители Антальи:

  • отведаете один из традиционных супов: чорба мерджимек, тавук чорба, эзогелин или келе пача — на ваш выбор
  • на горячее попробуете один из вкуснейших Искендер кебабов в кебабной, которая была открыта аж в 1885 году
  • а в завершение — пауза на чашечку кофе, сваренного на песке в лучших турецких традициях!

Через национальную кухню вам откроется колоритный быт местных жителей. А ещё вы сможете прогуляться по живописным улочкам города и не только попробовать турецкую кухню, но и узнать интересные факты и вкусные рецепты.
