Описание

Я покажу вам особняки, с которыми связаны удивительные и даже мистические истории. Расскажу о неожиданных поступках и загадочных завещаниях. Об исполнении желаний царских особ и доме с привидениями. Сверяясь со старинными картами, мы найдём в центре города замок. И, если вас вдохновят серпуховские пейзажи, после экскурсии мы порисуем вместе на пленэре.

Что вас ожидает

Городские усадьбы Серпухова

  • Постоим на балконе усадьбы Вяземских на Наре конца 18 века, где стояли когда-то аристократы и сам князь Вяземский
  • Найдём скрытый от глаз горожан замок, в котором императрица провела одну ночь в Серпухове
  • Осмотрим сохранившуюся городскую усадьбу графини Марии Фёдоровны Соллогуб
  • Увидим усадьбу купцов-староверов, в которой сейчас находится самый большой художественный музей в Московской области
  • Посетим квартал с особняком начала 20 века с удивительной историей миллионера Коншина
  • Посмотрим на старую городскую застройку через пенсне Чехова.
  • Найдём действующий храм-призрак

Спрятанный замок
Городская застройка скрывает необычное здание в центре старого Серпухова. Вместе мы отыщем его расположение на карте 18 века. Вы узнаете, кто был его первым владельцем и какие знаменитости посещали это место. Я расскажу, как самый богатый человек в России изменил внешний облик этого огромного строения и кем были его необычные обитатели.

Организационные детали

  • Экскурсия для 1–4 человек проходит на машине Haval f7 2024
  • Группа 5–8 человек может передвигаться на моей и на своей машине. В этом случае в пути я буду вести рассказ по громкой связи для путешественников в другой машине
  • Дополнительно (по желанию) оплачиваются входные билеты:
    — в Серпуховский художественный музей: 450 ₽ взрослый и 350 ₽ детский
    — в Дом Барина с дворянскими интерьерами и утварью с экскурсией: 500 ₽
  • После завершения экскурсии при желании мы можем провести пленэр в одном из выбранных вами или по моей рекомендации мест. Будем рисовать виды города с натуры в стиле скетчинга или акрилом на мольберте (есть планшеты с крепежом для бумаги). Материалы включены в стоимость пленэра (2000 ₽ в час)
  • При желании мы можем дополнить экскурсию поездкой в Подмоклово и Поленово с посещением дома-музея Поленова (условия обсуждаются в переписке).
  • Возможно проведение экскурсии для групп до 18 человек на микроавтобусе (стоимость согласовывается в переписке)
  • Материал экскурсии будет интересен путешественникам старше 10 лет

Экскурсия была содержательная, узнали много интересных фактов о городе Серпухове и его знаменитых жителях.Получили много полезной информации о том, что можно посмотреть вне рамок экскурсии. Однозначно будем рекомендовать своим знакомым.
