История и легенды Акрополя
Гуляя по знаменитому холму Акрополь, вы увидите концертный зал римской эпохи, раскроете тайну первого древнегреческого театра и оцените красоту храма Ники Аптерос. Я поясню, как создатели Парфенона использовали эффект оптических иллюзий и почему его так долго не могут восстановить, хотя он был построен всего за 15 лет. А еще вы узнаете, чем прославился зодчий Мнесикл и как он связан с главным входом в Акрополь. Расшифруете символику женских фигур Кариатид, украшающих храм Эрехтейон, и услышите интересные факты о богине Афине.

Музей Акрополя
Воссоздать полноценную картину Древней Греции поможет музей Акрополя. Вы увидите экспонаты, найденные археологами на «священном холме»: античные статуи и портреты богов, элементы фризов, древние вазы, монеты и декоративные украшения. Я раскрою, как люди жили на этой земле в разные эпохи и почему греки говорили: «В здоровом теле — здоровый дух». Кроме того, расскажу о современном здании музея, построенном по проекту швейцарского архитектора Бернарда Чуми.

Огромное спасибо Александру. Прекрасная экскурсия по Акрополю, интересная и веселая. Мы узнали очень много интересных деталей об истории и о восстановлении Акрополя, которые вряд ли бы заметили без Александра. Например - о том что копоть со статуй отчищали путем лазерной абляции (см. лазерный луч на фотке) , а в углу всегда оставлена неочищенная полоска - чтобы сравнить "до и после". В музее Акрополя прохладно, можно все обсудить; в самом Акрополе шумно, яркое солнце, и толпа. Поэтому, с моей точки зрения, маршрут проложен отлично - 2/3 времени в музее и 1/3 в самом Акрополе. В самом музее хотелось бы чуть больше времени оставить на рассмотрение барельефов Парфенона - они очень красивы , настоящая жемчужина.

Отличная экскурсия с замечательным гидом Александром. Мы начали экскурсию с музея Акрополя, а потом поднялись на сам Акрополь и это было правильным решением. Александр замечательный гид, имеющий огромный объем знаний и владеющий большим количеством информации, вежливый, с чувством такта и пунктуальный. Спасибо большое!
