Описание

Приглашаем выйти за рамки туристического Каира и погулять по нему как местные жители. Мы посетим настоящий арабский рынок, бурлящую древнюю улицу Аль-Муизз и районы, где живут восточные христиане — копты. И везде будем пробовать национальную кухню: в простом, но очень вкусном исполнении!

Что вас ожидает

Подлинный Каир
Мы проедем и погуляем по старинным кварталам Каира, заглядывая в уличные кафе для местного населения. Пройдем по колоритной улице Аль-Муизз, где сосредоточено множество мечетей и аутентичных заведений. Попытаемся испечь традиционные лепешки в Городе Мусорщиков и по желанию поработаем давильщиками тростникового сока. Насладимся пряными ароматами на восточном базаре Хан-эль-Халили и отыщем лучшие точки с уличной едой в Коптском квартале.

Знакомство с местными вкусами
Какой вы представляете себе египетскую кухню? Скорее всего, пряной и острой. И это правда, но не совсем. Спектр ее вкусов и оттенков намного шире. Вы попробуете целых четыре вида махши — разнообразных фаршированных овощей. Продегустируете жгучее кошери, состоящее из риса, макарон, чечевицы и пикантного соуса. Полакомитесь местным завтраком: баклажанами, фалафелем и бобами с лепешкой. А также узнаете, что такое «омо але».

  • Еда и напитки оплачиваются дополнительно. Все блюда по программе — $27 с человека.
  • Для группы до 3 человек экскурсия проводится на комфортабельном легковом авто (входит в стоимость)
  • Возможно проведение экскурсии для большего количества человек — на микроавтобусе, оснащенном кондиционером и всем необходимым (доплата $18)
  • Если вас необходимо встретить в районе аэропорта и/или отвезти туда после экскурсии, доплата составит $33

Очень интересный опыт. Египетская кухня своеобразна. И я даже не все блюда смогла съесть. Но как минимум, с удовольствием всё попробовала. Гид много и интересно рассказывал - не только про историю Египта, но и про настоящую современную жизнь в этой стране. Я испекла настоящую египетскую лепёшку и сама давила тростниковый сок! Попросила гида, и мы съездили к Пирамидам, хотя этого не было в описании. Такой специфической программы не нашла больше ни у кого из гидов в интернете. Надежда, спасибо большое, 5+
